To be honest, the majority of my money making strategies have completely absurd theories behind them.
I roll a similiar strategy for the Rugby League and Aussie Rules competition here in Australia.

Just a side note - in jeffs 10 years of backtesting he never cam across more than 4 losses in a row for this, and in playing last year and my 2 years of back testing I didnt either. Lets hope this is not the year.

hopefully the absurd can whip off 10 in a row, and no one will have the answer as to WHY it happened; as your experience dictates, the ridiculous becomes the absurd, when the absurd WINS, it takes on the form of the 'winning edge' and becomes mystical...

no need to exhaust yourself with a justified explanation in regards to "10 years of backtesting" there's a point where as 'years' becomes irrelevant to the factor, remember, you're subscribing to a trend..."roll with what you know" and if your strategy is the 'absurd' so be it..lets see what happens, and how far it will take you,  (hopefully to the bank and back)

The 'absurd' type of wagering seems to work for everyone but myself lol.  In the past when I've attmepted this type of strategy it fails.

Riv, I'll spare you the losses and not tail, just wish you continued success on your journey into the 'twilight zone'

Not to take this thread off course.... but being a league fan I'm curious as to what the absurd idea for League is.

not going off course at all, the 'absurd' has merit for discussion, Rugby included..... I wagered throughout the Rugby World Cup, and found information extremely limited outside of Australia, and New Zealand...

Don't make sense to me, either.  The game is started with a jump ball, but if you look at river's betting pattern you can see he's betting the dog in the first half on the first game of the day.  GL.

I hope I have taught a few people a simple way to grind out a profit, another good strategy to include in ones portfolio.

Also I should mention that this strategy works for college basketball.
2-0 start to the season.

hi...sorry man but could you explain again what does "Find the team getting the start, or "headstart" or getting the points" mean? you mean that we need to bet in live on the team that starts leading or something else?
