Another unpopular night for us, it really is the time to turn around now...seems like we are not suposed to get over 30 UNITS by now, was the 2nd time we made a rebound there...leets see if todays plays will turn things around, I think MIN was the biggest disappointment last night...oh, well, todays picks will follow later...

Yeah Call, looks like you were right. I should have blown my nose after I pulled it out of my butt!!   Oh well, big day today.  Lots of picks.  Hopefully,  we'll get some back today.  On my way to work.  Long days (5:00am-545pm).  Good luck today!!

I have magnified the problem of this bad midweek by playing the Cubs!!!  How did they get swept by the Bucs???!!!  Oh well, tonight.

Hey guys I am trying to understand the labouchere system, how am I doing---10-10-10-10 bet 20 lose, 10-10-10-10-20 bet 30 lose,  10-10-10-10-20-30 and so on.. bet 40  i win  10-10-10-20, bet 30 win again 10-10  than I bet 20 and finished...Also, Does it matter how many numbers you start out with? thanks

Yes that is the idea of a one line labby.  The general rule is to take your bankroll and take 5% and divide it into 4, so if you had 800 you would start with 40 and divide it by 4 so your lines would be 10-10-10-10.  It is just a matter of keeping track, when those four number are crossed off twice you will have increased your bankroll by 10%, so you increase your numbers accordingly to 11-11-11-11.   Hope this helps.

what do you mean by four numbers have to be crossed off twice, you clear all 10-10-10-10, and then you have to do it again before you see 10% profit... thanks rizz

right, once you cross off your 10-10-10-10 you would start a new line of 10-10-10-10, once those are crossed off you can increse your numbers by 10%.  The other option would be to just put eight 10's in your line and increase when they are all crossed off.  It is just a way to maximize your profits as the season goes.

hey call I think CWS should not be a play. Isn't Toronto in Tier 1 and CWS is in Tier 3? Insead NYM should be a play. Could you double check on it?

cws is second game in series......mets are group 2 playing a group 1

Trebor, I have NYM as a group 1 per this morning's standings at No. 10 tied with WAS.  Yes?  No?  That's why I do have the NYM's as a play.  Would like to get this figured out.

Okay guys, since Call's out on weekends, it's up to us to figure this thing out and get these picks right. And since I have to go to work (it's 4:30 am CST), I'll give it my best shot and you guys can tweek it if necessary.  I'm not putting down units since I haven't quite figured out Call's method for that quite yet.

So, here goes:

I don't have the Mets in because I had them in yesterday and they won.  Both WAS and HOU are plays, but it's up to you if you want to play them.  Personally, I've been playing WAS.  I also don't have MIN or CLE as plays since their games were postponed which cancels them out as plays.

Good luck to everyone today.  Tweek where necessary.  I won't be able to get back here until 5:45 pm CST due to work.
