i dont think the problem is with betting a favorite. what mustve happened is you didnt bet enough on the sabres to correctly get back everything youd lost on the prior 4 plays plus profit a unit. or am i missing something?

Im not even sure what happened.  I have to keep an eye on it closer from now on.

Great run Supereagle ..keep it going ! . I wonder if there might be some way to make this not so "all or nothing" .. like say every time you hit 50 units profit  .cash out 25 units..and restart your chase and reset your unit size to the new roll ..

Thanks guys, Im just gonna let this thing ride out.  At some point if I am so fortunate to last long enough and this portion of my bankroll can grow enough then I may consider pulling some out and starting over on the money management departent, but that is obviously a looong ways off.  I am always open to any suggestions on money management though.  If you have been following you know I have already changed once.  I've been thinking about going back to the $10 method because if you get to a Level 7 play and hit you really boost the bankroll.  Since its all or nothing, that may be the best option.

Just for the record, I was gonna take the Reds today, but Ive been extremely busy today and thought they started tonight so I missed it.  I hate when that happens.  I may not be able to get a play in today because I may not get a chance to do any cappin.

Eagle, what is your reasoning for choosing your baseball plays? I have been shaking my head a lot lately when I see the pick.

I'm on Milwaukee today as one of my strongest plays.. but this as a Game 5, obviously is more important for you.. So I will cheer for St. Louis! 

Thanks Kreature.  I couldnt begin to explain my method for picks because it is not necessarily stats based, but a lot psychology based.  Yet sometimes stats based also.  If I tried to get into it on here I would get roasted by the know-it-alls because my method is so objective.  Keep in mind, while I would love to win every play, my 1st goal is to win at least 1 in every 7.  Also, ask yourself this, since you have been following how many times have you looked at the plays and shook your head in dismay yet it still hit.  Maybe never, but my guess is you prolly were surprised half the time.  I know this has been a vague non-answer, but every play has different reasoning.

A loss occurs when I lose 7 in a row, which in effect officially ends the thread.  A win occurs anytime I win a game and officially start the 7 game chase over again.  So there is no mistake in regards to record keeping.  If u have any questions about whats going on here, and u obviously do, scan the 1st 3 pages and u will be up to speed.  Also, I am not interested in picking all underdogs.
