everytime we have a team in ( to Lose) meaning to say that their on the road and we're chasing for that team to Lose. Game 1, we're chasing for that Lost and apparently Game 3 we're still chasing that Lost. We Chase upto 4 games and after that its considered a Lost on the record.

does this mean that for games that are being chased we dont bet on them right? sorry for being a noob at this...
been checkin out this thread for a while n trying to understand the system better.

Ya the way I do it is by checking team's matchups daily... sometimes I'll leave myself a reminder note (e.g. if team A is on a 3+ win/loss streak and needs a loss/win to start a chase bet)... I'll post todays plays soon

OK folks, here again is the system in a nutshell, with an example of my shitty Jays (all imaginary opponents and dates). Imagine that the Jays have home games on July 1-4, and 12-14:
July 1 - Jays HOME win
July 2 - " "
July 3 - " "
July 4 - Jays HOME LOSS
July 5-11 - Jays road games (do not pay attention to these)

ONCE A TEAM WINS 3 (OR MORE) STRAIGHT HOME GAMES and then eventually LOSES a home game to end the home-game winning streak, CHASE THAT TEAM FOR UP TO 4 GAMES. The purpose of the system is to win ONE unit at a time (e.g. $100/unit in my examples)
Therefore, on the next homestand:
July 12 - Wager on JAYS to WIN @ HOME (Game 1 of chase), e.g. odds -150 (risk $150 to win $100)
Lets say they lose this game, then:
July 13 - Wager on JAYS to WIN @ HOME (Game 2 of chase), e.g. odds -150 again (risk $375 to win $250, to recover the first $150 PLUS the $100 win-profit we want)
Lets say they lose this game, then:
July 14 - Wager on JAYS to WIN @ HOME (Game 3 of chase), e.g. odds +100 (risk $625 to win $625, to recover the first $150 bet and the second $375 bet, PLUS the $100 win-profit we want)
If you have the cojones and bankroll to chase to game 4 (should be approx $1200+, then keep up with the chase! I've had to do it once with STL early this year, and LOST my marbles, but have won more than 50+ games since so the 1400 loss wasn't as bad as it felt...
This system also entails chase bets to FADE AN AWAY TEAM after the end an away losing streak. For example, going back to the Jays above:
July 5-7 - Jays lose 3 straight away games
July 8 - Jays WIN an away game
July 9 - Bet AGAINST the Jays, doesn't matter which team (Game 1)
If they lose...
July 10 - Bet AGAINST the Jays again (Game 2 of chase) for the amount lost in game 1 PLUS the $100 win-profit we want
I HOPE THIS HELPS AS I CAN'T EXPLAIN IT ANY CLEARER!!

One thing that jumps to mind is what happens when a team has, for example, two away losses to end an away series. Then they play a series of games at home. On the next away series the team loses the first game and then wins the next. Does this qualify them for the system? Do you start fading them?

after reading page 11 post #263 i thing i fairly get it. so for now I have a question the mets have beat the rockies 2 times @ home if they win this morning then lose tonight they will then be up for the 4 chase home play system.
Is this correct?
I am only using this as an example of what to watch for for my mind works a bit different i guess if I get this part right then I will know what to be looking for all the time.

yes and no. The Mets won the last two games of their previous homestand so we are already waiting for a home loss. This means in the not so likely event they lose game one (Santana is pitching) then you'd start the four game chase with the night game.
Active plays for today I believe are
Texas (betting to win, first game after the home loss)
Cincy (betting San Diego to lose after away win....this is second game of the chase)
