i have had some success with this especially laying money line on +3 and +6 dogs. The only thing i have never heard anything conclusive on is wether it is the opening line or where it settles. I have to assume it is where the line opens at since that is the original number put out by Vegas
Can anyone shed some light?

"It works best for road dogs in the NBA, but has done well for many here in college hoops as well ... In 1998 a graduate student at MIT university did a thesis on mathematical equastions, why certain numbers 'pop up' more than others; that type of criteria, and for what ever reason, he went into the NBA pointspread stats of the Las Vegas books for every game played from 1968 to 1998, including the playoffs, roughly, 3000 pointspreads(NBA only) and found the 'road dog' getting 3/6/13 covered the spread at a 72% rate over ALL other # involved.. Andy Isakoe, a well known
I went to gamingday.com and couldn't really find much about it there.

seaotter this is only good for NBA not NCAAB
Yeah, well, it works in CBB. I've been using it there. Two games hit last night. UMASS and South Alabama. You may not use it in CBB, but I do. And it's been successful!!!
