Lol, well, if people are looking for systems to follow for this contest, then the lesson learned is DON'T follow mine.  I thought for sure that game on Sunday was going over.  Oh well.  Dallas +4 today for a W1.

Tonight, I am backing the St. Louis Cardinals as they leave the scene of the crime in KC and head to San Diego. The line on this game has fallen to us on the board due to the likelihood that Matt Holliday will not play. Accuscore has taken this into consideration and still lists the STL as having a 63% chance of winning. (Preview) I decided on this pick after pouring over the stats. WOW! Just look at these trends! I feel that the Cards have a tremendous pitching advantage over the Pads with Kyle Lohse (5-2, 2.17 ERA) matched up against Dustin Mosely (1-6, 3.40 ERA). That was some meltdown by the Thunder, up 15 with 5 minutes left, get then outscored 28-6 the rest of the way including OT.

 MANNY DON'T DO IT! The rules say he has to get a hit in both games just to increase your streak by 1 game. It's not worth it.
