Based on the rules, I think you are correct. Here's what it says:
- You must make a selection on a game played within 7 days of your previous selection or your score will be reset to zero.
Game has to be PLAYED within seven days of your previous selection. Pretty sure he's going to get reset to zero before Sunday.

I believe if i'm not mistaken that they have made the deadline 8 days now in Survivor. No official word but all the picks since the conversion to the new format now have a deadline 8 days out. One member actually made his pick on the 8th day. I forget who it was but it happened right around the time they changed the site.

I just called Covers for clarification about the deadline rule and confusion. The rep told me that right now they're giving extra time on the picks because some people are having issues with picks not being submitted and other glitches with the system. He said a firm decision will be made within the next couple of weeks on how they're going to handle the deadline for the contest. In meantime it's safe to say that regardless of what the deadline says that the 7 day is rule is still in effect for the money prizes. He also said they will send out a mass email to update us on their decision.

LOL. I didn't know who Tricia Takanawa was until I googled her. LMAO I haven't watched Family Guy all year. I'm gonna have to binge watch during the Holidays.

Yeah that was a good angle but it had a couple of bad months and the interest fell off quickly after that. I agree though its still a solid angle.

The Southern Angle
This is an angle I've used for many years now and have talked about it extensively in the $25 Dime Club. This angle will give you 70% winners. Don't ask me how I just know it works and the numbers back it up.
Basically the Southern Angle is this. Take the Southern most teams in the bowl games. There are some exceptions most notably West Coast teams tend to fare better against Southern teams then other regions. An early example of this angle would be Appalachian St over Ohio. Ride this Angle and you will win some money this Bowl Season. It's a consistent winner over the years.

One other note about the Southern Angle not all games apply. IE Wisconsin vs USC isn't a Southern Angle game. The Angle is region driven with teams from the south playing teams from other regions of the country with the exception of the West Coast teams unless that game is played down South.
So the Georgia St-San Jose St game would qualify as a Southern Angle game because it's being played in Florida. Take Georgia St for the Southern Angle bet.

Appalachian St- Loss
Georgia St-Loss
Louisiana Tech-Win
One note about San Jose St. As I mentioned earlier one of the exceptions to the Southern Angle was when they play West Coast teams. I went with Georgia St because the game was in Florida. That was my call but the with the pure Southern Angle you wouldn't bet against West Coast teams. I'm still counting the loss for this years record though since it was my call.
