It's amazing that Butler shot 18.8% for the whole game. I don't think I have ever seen a worst shooting percentage for an entire game in my life. I could have taken 5 guys off this thread and I guarantee you we would have shot better than 18%. And what did they end up with in the paint 4 pts? Are you kidding me? Talking about having an off night. Butler picked a bad time to go super cold. Oh well they still had a great year because nobody saw them getting this far except some lady here in Oregon who was the only person in the world that had the Final 4 correct and she also had the Championship game correct because she like the mascots and figured dogs would win out over Rams and Wildcats. True story Google it. Fact is stranger than fiction. And how these women come up with these bizarre theories and end up winning is a mystery we will never figure out.

I am sure Butler students, alumni, and fans had them going all the way just like last year.

Butler's loss cost me a new $1800 tv from a local contest in SF. Had them winning the whole thing. Plus the Brewers blew a lead to get me back to 0. At least I'm 5 for 5 in the Beat the Streak game. Have Posey for W6.

Hey, thanks,smooth. I am glad to become a member of the prestigious 25 Dime Club! I had a strong play yesterday (Angels) and regret not posting. I guess i just did not feel strongly enough to risk you guys tailling it.                                                                                         For Wednesday's play, I am going right back to the well and picking the LA Angels (+100) over the Tampa Bay Rays. If Dan Haren can get the kind of run support the other Angels pitchers have been given, then this moneyline play has a shot. That could well be the case against Hellickson. Tampa Bay is just a mess right now after losing Carl Crawford and Carlos Pena among others in the offseason. True, they have acquired Manny and Damon, but this team has yet to gel. And now, without Evan Longoria, runs are going to be hard to come by. Tail at your own risk. Halos!                                                                                                                                                          

I'm with you Bamabilly but for a different reason. I took the Over in this game for Wednesday because I agree the Angels will shellack the Rays but I see the Rays tagging Haren as well so I say slug fest time in Tampa.

Cool. I think Haren will be fine, but your Over will pay out when the Angels go to the bullpen. That is, unless LA scores enough before then. It's a good play either way, IMO. BOL

I took the Tigers over the Orioles with Verlander starting. The Orioles are a gn't see the Tigers going to 0-2 with Verlander on the mound.
I took both the Angels and Tigers in ultimate race along with the Devils and the Lakers/Warriors Over.

I was deciding between taking the Angels and Tigers but went with the Tigers.

Thanks, Quad. Good luck with the Tiggers. That game was too hard for me to cap! On the one hand you have to love Verlander's  record against Baltimore, but on the other hand, Baltimore has been on fire out of the gate even with  unproven pitchers. My lean was on the Tigers, but IDK.

Going Toronto and with Romero nick split finger fastball that can be deftly. Cahill can hurl for sure. And a lil' concerend with Jose Bautista not in the Jays lineup. I think they do alright at home. I don't like picking MLB this early as need to see how things fall into place even far into May for me :) GL 2 all. Hope we get some serious streak building. Picking while traveling and having no idea what been happening in the sports world = LOSS, LOSS, LOSS... Back to winning!!
