my previous best streak was only 8.  all I wanted was a hat b/c I hit 8 twice.   In my opinion, the monthly prize is way harder to get than the consecutive streak.

@ SmoothD.... my feeling is OVER also on the Celtics/76ers game despite predictions of Under by many handicappers.  sometimes you just have to go with feel instead of the numbers.  C-note is good enough.

Wow I feel like a fool or is it that I didn't know that Philadelphia would score a season low of 31 points in the 1st half. Amazing. The joke must be on me. Everybody and their mama had the Under and I'm sitting here with egg on my face wondering what the hell is going on. This is an embarrassment to Wise Guys everywhere. Can somebody come here to Portland and slap the crap out of me please. Either that or fly to Philadelphia and slap the Sixers.

I am stunned! Sharps take a bath and the Wise Guys cash. I love it! I went to make a beer run and couldn't believe it when I checked my phone and the Sixers came back and not only scored but were winning. Thank you Booyahz you must have drove to Philly to slap them boys and get them going. Talk about barely covering. Now thats one for the good guys!

Lakers game went OVER also with so many foul calls on both teams. Seems like the refs want to make sure the game is OVER.  
lost my Streak pick today.. so would have finished at 20 wins in a row if the streak kept going. which would absolutely suck... losing at 18 is much better than 20. 

I picked Cardinals today b/c they play tough against Lefties and I was almost right.  Dodgers are winning with smoke and mirrors since Kemp is hurt.

It looks like IT has taken the weekend off as we are all stuck in a "pending" status since last night's games. Hopefully this get resolved sooner rather than later so we can continue our march.

I've been mostly a player that follows forums and posts to decide what to pick.  But since the streak started (at around 12 or so)... I took the time to look at the games on the survivor board.  I think in the long run that might help me pick games on my own rather than relying on handicappers.  I never kept track of my picks but will do a trial run until the end of the month. 

I do like your UNDER pick on Orioles/Nationals though.

That's ok about trashing talking in the forum. The only rule we have here is when the Red Sux win just don't gloat about it. Best to keep it on the down low because I'm a Yankee fan and we have quite a few Yankee fans who are members. I'm sure you know the deal about that. Other than that I'm known to talk trash about the Dodgers once in a while. I will definitely put that "L" in your name and get it right. You can post your picks here or PM whatever you prefer. If you have a system win or lose please share it. That's what we're about here.

Hey smooth, I had the over 174 also in 76ers.game. I fell asleep after 1st qtr and woke after the game and shit my pants we won!! lol

Also,whats the difference between sharps and wiseguys??
