I'm just messing with ya.  I was a penn st fan when i was young.  Now i root for Pitt.  I'm not a catholic either and Who know's what color he was, who cares.  Stay strong my brother can't wait to see that avatar of the pope.

whats with cowboys! What about the packers?
That game should of been a blow out at Lambeau.
I will go on record and say the pack are in serious trouble come Thursday at Detroit--Detroit will cover and  maybe win--leaning towards win

about what i had it on the packers.........i had the bucs in ultimate race.........i would be surprised if detroit beat the packers.......not sure what the spread will be

i have two that i've been looking at and have good reason to take the over.

first is drexel/ winthrop over. the line is currently at 119, and as i looked into both teams i was putting it around 125 and still leaned towards over that. i am not ignoring, but diminishing the impact of the virginia games for both teams as virginia is gonna frustrate a lot of people like that this year.
winthrop has given up at least 66 points in all 4 games this year. opposing teams are shooting 47.5% from the floor against them and are averaging 25 fta/ game.  
drexel is coming off an absolutely embarassing loss to virginia in which they scored only 35 points (i attribute this to not being focused and virginia being a very solid defensive team than drexel struggling offensively). they have had a day off and bruiser flint will certainly have let them know that if they want a shot at an at-large bid that they need to get their heads out of their asses immediately. a good showing in their last game in the virgin islands would go a long way.
bottom line, in basically every normal scenario i play out this game hits a minimum of 120 and usually ends over 125-126ish also. the way i anticipate this game ending is Drexel in like 69-73 range and winthrop around 59-62. i do also like drexel covering but to me the over is much safer play.

the other game later is cal/ georgia over. i will try to do a write-up on that later but will be on drexel/ winthrop over myself

sorry whitesmith I just saw the final score I didn't realize the total went under when I made previous post.

Keep an eye on Purdue totals they are going to mput up points this year and run a faster tempo because of the kind of players they have

you could be right about that line dog but the over in that matchup on Thanksgiving has done me well for years.  Watch for points and eating turkey followed by 2 games where the total should go under

wonder how LSU will do on friday if they lose by some chance, the playoff talk will begin again.  It's the only level of football with no playoff to determine a champion which is really a reflection of the powers to be in college football. College football is seeing more parity in the top 10 at least and should be playing for playoff spots not BCS members only games.

I thought the same thing but when Peterson left the game it gave Raider pickers what they needed.  I think if he stays healthy Vikings win.  Once Peterson went down Raiders came back
