You all know that this is about picking winners for wagers as well as for contests; especially for Covers Streak Streak Survivor. It always has been and always will be about Serious Streak Survivor Strategies. For my part, I will attempt to do my best to stay on topic, or at least on topics pertaining to sports. Sadly Trolls and Tools are just a fact of life for all forums and threads on just about all of the websites that I have ever visted. This Reddog character is just the latest in the long line of idiots who troll websites looking to make trouble. They cannot stand to see anyone else getting along and having intelligent discussions. Something about that just unsettles them at their core, causing them to become unraveled. He has now made history as being the only troll/ tool to ever appear on this thread twice.
Now on to the solution. How should we go about dealing with this worm? It has become apparent to me that he is of the type that is likely to post negative comments on here on an almost daily basis. If this predictably happens then there are numerous ways to deal with it, but, in my opinion, the best way is probably to show the discipline to completely ignore and not respond to his posts. By this, I mean that we just post as usual and forget about the elephant in the room.
This tactic actually worked for two plus weeks when we stopped posting on his wife/ girlfriend's thread altogether. We thought that it was over, but Reddoggie could not let it ride. He became bored and miserable with himself and decided to lash out by getting Smooth banned from uploading photo's for his avatar. He followed that up by coming in here to gloat about it. If we stop reading his posts altogether and ignore him, then it is my belief that this will make him even more miserable. At the very least, it will serve us successfully to maintain the continuity of this thread without cluttering it with hundreds of unnecessary posts in which we all go back and forth with him like children at recess and repeatedly blast him out of the stratosphere with our clearly superior intellect.
I am opting for the ignore option. It is far too taxing, anyway, to translate his choppy mono-syllabic phrases littered with their poor grammar and punctuation. By ignoring, we reduce the amount of garbage posts to just Reddog's.
Any suggestions from our other threaders will be welcomed and I feel certain that we can successfully navigate this issue. We have 99 problems and Reddog ain't one!

Take heart, I had a long conversation with Covers this afternoon about this. I feel unfairly targeted and the rep I spoke with today actually agreed with me. They will take a look at Reddog and his entire inbred clan to see if they can find anything suspicious on this vermin. Right now the problem seems to be some other issue. We have the "banned" problem straightened out. It's still a hassle because none of this would have even happened if this idiot wasn't such a hater. My Avatars are no more racy than other Avatars on the site so at this point it has become an IT issue and apparently they're backed up. In conclusion I'm sure there will be more vermin and mutants like Reddog coming out of the woodwork. The Hawaii Warriors are coming off a impressive 44-26 dismantling of Louisiana Tech on the road. In that game, freshman running back Josey Iosefa looked explosive, gaining 99 yards on just 16 carries. This is encouraging for Hawaii, since they have been searching for a complimentary rushing attack since losing last year's workhorse Alan Green to the NFL draft. They will figure to get Iosefa some more work, which does not bode well for a Spartan defense that was just bulldozed to the tune of 234 rushing yards by BYU. Sprinkle in the fact that Warrior's QB Moniz can hurt them with his feet as well as his arm.
Make no mistake, however, what the gameplan of the Hawaii offense will be. It will be pass, pass, and more pass. They will be throwing early and often. The weakness of the San Jose State defense that will be most exploited, in my opinion, is their complete lack of anything resembling a pass rush. If this continues this evening, then things could get very well get ugly, as Bryant Moniz will pick them apart if he has time in the pocket. The Spartans average only 3.3 Tackles for a loss(119th nationally) and only have 3 total sacks all season(119th nationally). As you can see, generating and sustaining pressure at the line of scrimmage is a real problem for SJSU. Moniz has thrown 15 TDs to only one interception in their last five games. How's that for efficiency?! Compare that to the opponents QB, Matt Faulkner, who has thrown for only four TDs and an ugly ratio of four picks over that same five game span. Clearly, the Warrior posses a dominant advantage through the air.
The Spartans possess the advantage in the ground game, but they pin their hopes on the gimpy ankle of Brandon Rutley, who averages 100 yards per game when healthy, but is listed as probable. As stated earlier, the Warriors running game appears to be taking off with the freshman Iosefa stepping up. The key to the game is whether or not San Jose State can get any pressure on Bryant Moniz. If they can get pressure at the line of scrimmage, then this could be a close, shootout type of game. If they cannot, then a blowout by the Warriors is quite possible. I beieve that San Jose will score quite a few points tonight and that their defense will slow Hawaii for a little while in the first half. I do not believe however, that the Spartans will score enough to keep pace with the Warriors. In the second half, after making some adjustments, Bryant Moniz and the Warrior passing attack will break the game wide open and Hawaii will lead comfortably throughout. The bottom line is that Hawaii will win this game by a margin of 9 to 17 points, with a blowout certainly not out of the question. Also, I lean to the over in this one, as well, since there is the potential for a lot of scoring if the Spartans can get their offense going. I see the score being in the 33-20, 41-23 range. Good luck, fellas. I think the double digit prop on SFTC has a good chance to hit for Hawaii, so I will most likely pick it, as well.

Having two weeks to prepare offsets the traveling, in my opinion, and San Jose State does not have a strong home field advantage due to the smaller crowds. San Jose State has played a game in each of the last seven weeks and will not have the luxury of preparation and rest.In last season's matchup on the Island, Hawaii cruised to victory in a 41-7 romp over the Spartans.
