I’ve noticed that some new crypto sportsbooks are starting to accept DOGE, SHIB, and even PEPE for betting deposits.
Kinda wild when you think about it — meme coins were meant as jokes, but now people are using them to bet on NFL, soccer, even esports.
Pros I see:
? Fast & cheap transactions
?? Fun factor — betting with a meme coin feels less “serious” than BTC/ETH
?? If the coin pumps after your win, double upside down
Cons:
?? Volatility risk — imagine cashing out in PEPE, then it drops 30%
?? Not all platforms honor meme coins yet
Curious — would you guys actually trust DOGE/PEPE for real bets? Or stick to stablecoins/fiat for peace of mind?
