A little advice to everyone, I know we all have different background, salary etc.... but think about it after 55 your body is really starting to break down little by little, so yes money is important but enjoying life while you can is more important

@Im_Chasing Gotcha. My line of work offers retirement at 55 and at moment thats my plan. Short of it we have lived for last 20 years near wifes fsmily and 3 hours away from mine. Had an opportunity to make that gap a little smaller but wife couldnt leave. Told her if we stay here im done at 55. When we were in mid 30s that seemed like would never come bur its visible now
that's great yeah I'm 1100miles from my immediate family. Definitely sucks as nieces/nephew are growing up fast

100% agree I have some auto immune issues so my body is already like a 65 year old...been writing to my congressman, but he wont respond to my request for social security at 32

I just keep telling myself I'm in a better spot than 90% of the world. Could always be worse. Some days better than others, but still have my mind, and can still get around pretty well
Yeah, no fun there. Spinal issues are the worst. The nerve pain radiating is horrible
