By the way I watched a really good documentary on Netflix the other night called The Bus.  It's about the 2010 WC France team.  Domenech had to have been the worst coach that ever coached the game of soccer.  He was brutal.  

I remember that WC and how unbelievably bad France was.  Now I know why

 Got a recipe for the wine sauce?  Been trying to make different sauces and such for my ribeyes.  Getting tired of the usual mushrooms and onions, peppercorn sauce, etc.  

Shallots and wine sauce sounds delicious.  

Ok a quick google search found a bunch of recipes gonna make that next time I do steak

 Just shallots in butter, sautee add red wine then some heavy cream , salt , pepper, a little cayenne pepper if you want a little kick
