I have done a little math analysis, based on looking on this post of yours, and I have a simple question. (Sorry if you already answered this sometimes in this thread.)
You said that initial bet on Barca was $36, and the maximum required was $980. 980/36 => this was 27.222 times the initial bet.
So we follow more than 1 team the whole season, from the very first game of the season.
Let's suppose we follow 5 teams the whole season, and the kind of remote possibility that all 5 "chases" get to a bad point at the same time is happening, but that happens with a reduced factor (max needed wager per team)/(initial wager per team) = just 20, instead of the 27.222 shown above.
Let's suppose with begin with an average wager of $40 on the first bet on every of the 5 teams.
All this means that we need:
5 (number of teams) * 40 (first bet) * 20 (resulting from the max. needed reported to first bet) = $4000
This means that $4000 is maybe enough to start this system if we follow 5 teams? (We need $800 per team followed.)
Of course following more teams at the same teams increases the possibility that more chases got to a very bad point at the same time, and even worst than what I supposed in this math analysis. So you agree with these conclusions?
We never have to follow more than 1 team.
The suggestion to follow multiple teams throughout the season is precisely to minimize the series of losing bets. Considering that the probability of simultaneously occurring the maximum series of losing bets in all the matches we follow is reduced to theory.
Following 1 team throughout the season has at different times ups and downs in the overall balance. Following multiple teams throughout the season gives us a much more consistent picture of the overall balance. In fact, that is our goal, to achieve as constant an overall balance as possible at every moment of the season.
