wife took that fucking pressure dressing off my left side of the face , cleaned the wound and re-taped it

it never bled , thats amazing , 

the pressure on the cheeck , nose and left eye was the only thing that bothered me , good now

good outcome , the majority of patients going through that surgery have to come back to exchange the dressing due to excessive bleeding
