What do you all think of the serie A? Wow! They are terrible. Super slow tempo and just horrible. all their champions league teams are very bad. All four lost this week. Both inter and Roma allowed 4 goals, at home. 

I remember, as a child, in the late 90s, serie A was the best league in the world. Ronaldo played with inter. Even Parma and Fiorentina had top players. But now, very bad level. Premier and La Liga have left them behind, by a huge margin.

 Serie A is a representation of Italian soccer in general.  Used to be Serie A was considered the #1 league in the world ahead of even the EPL.  That's when Juventus and AC Milan dominated champs league.  Was also when the national team was winning World Cups or at least getting to the finals semi-finals.  Now the league stinks and so does their national team.

Its all cyclical, much of the teams outside of Italy were purchased by oil $ and American/Asian syndicates. It has become a billionaires game, and thats cool. Look at the rise of Como in Italy, even Drake put up some cash for Venecia.
