 Yep.  But I imagine there is a growing push now to change that policy to not lock them up once they have known contact and attempt to join the jihad in Syria, etc.

yes , similar situations in the UK and France 

the days are near where the AFD in Germany , Marie Le Pen in France , and perhaps Reform UK  will take over , if they aren't banned by then , 

the establishment is pushing hard to stay in control whatever it takes

 i will try to find that link to a highly interesting article in a business magazine , the FBI ,CIA , Europol as sources , stating it is less than 2% of the population committing up to  98 % of violent crime in many countries , including the Nations mentioned above and the USA  

look at El Salvador , almost all gangs arrested , Max Security Prison , the country is now among the safest in the world , before Bukele came to power it was the country with the highest murder rate in the world.

I'm on the Nats over. And yes, I like the Cubs over as well. Literally the only 3 overs that stood out to me. Snakes, Nats, and Cubs. Not just to agree with you haha. Cubs over is a little scary because I have it around 10.5/11. Starting pitchers are gas cans. I guess books are just taking the divisional rivalry angle for Cubs Cards and think it'll grind more than I do. I see a slugfest
