 there are thousands of young radicalized individuals from the Lebanon , Lebanese crime clans are operating in almost every state 

the problem is they aren't Lebanese citizens , have no passport or citizenship of any country , so authorities cannot deport them

well , they could , all it takes is to make a deal with the Lebanese government , as they did with the Taliban in Afghanistan 

but , as usual , those on the radical left / including the Green Party are doing everything to stop a remigration of criminals 

with their huge network of lawyers and NGO's , funded by , you know , the usual folks like the "Open Society" / Soros , the Getty clan etc etc
