 So you spend your time anonymously on a website of forums where ppl randomly place picks, and then attack a user for “unforgivable post” like the guy OWES you something? This just smells of sitting in mommy’s basement trying to tout or something, it’s weird. Think your view of online personas has gone a bit too far.

I don't think he's backtracking or saying it doesn't count. Just that it's a lesson learnt so that he will post G2G rather than a day ahead.

These people are unreal. DJ didn't say that the game didn't count or that he wasn't applying it to his record. He made an intelligent assessment (something that is rare in this forum apparently) of himself to help both himself cap better and others if they choose to DO THEIR OWN HANDICAPPING.

Both sides won their opening games while conceding a goal. The last head to head game ended in a 3-1 win for Portugal. I'm wary of the draw here as neither side must win here so I'm backing both teams to score.

I’ve simply hopped back onto Covers for the Euros. I stand by my opinion. This guy’s thread is pinned to the top above all others indicating some importance/responsibility to them. Naturally, a lot more of this forum will tail as a result.

BELGIUM v ROMANIA

Despite Romania's underdog win and Belgium's unlikely defeat the line has not moved indicating that both results were just a fluke. I like Belgium to win but there is no value on the line. I'm going to take Lukaku to score anytime as he came close so many times in the first match. If you want to back Belgium you can put them in a single game parley with the result and De Bruyne over 0.5 shots on target.

I do cap myself. My plays for this tourney w/ write ups in this forum are fortunately 4-0 but just get buried beneath this guys’ pinned thread. Everything I do is for free, here and on X; not trying to get anything out of it.

You know there is over an hour between matches right? If we assume, that he was too busy to give us the “just kidding on France” update until after it lost, then it seems like a pretty “unintelligent assessment” to not consider the earlier game in the group having an impact on the later game, where Austria was favored to win, which they did.

You also mentioned “applying it to his record”.  Where are the record updates on this thread? I have seen none and instead just the next day’s picks to bury the trainwreck from the day before. I just think it’s a disservice to the forum community that this is the permanently pinned thread at the top as if it’s gospel.

SCOTLAND v HUNGARY

This will be an in game better game for myself. I will be backing the over as soon as any team scores or around the 60th minute. I'm also be looking to bet cards over in game in the second half. I do like a goal scorer prop here as Barnabas Varga for Hungary has scored 3 times in Hungary's last 3 games.

Once again the outcome in this game will also be dictated by the Scotland/Hungary game. Both Germany and Switzerland will advance with a draw, Germany wins the group with a draw or win. The Swiss can even advance with a loss depending on the other outcome. I like a Corner prop here Germanys matches have averaged 9.8 corners and The Swiss in their Scotland match saw 13 corners.

Well it’s not a base case - betting prices and that has some value. Altho I’m also on 1H under 0.5 so maybe we have a differing view. If any goals I think Italy wears down old Croatia and Knicks a later winner. Spain already has the group locked.
