Lets see what responses we get here, would be good to get some discussion going so we can all make this a profitable one but won't bother if there just isnt enough interest.

 I play very few parlays although this is one to try. First game played in group stage. These games are all on home soil. Mexico,Canada and USA. Pays  + 450. With the added teams this year the excitement level will be off the charts.

have a busy weekend lined up, so won't be posting much til sunday, what I would advise is that this will be a low scoring world cup IMO, can see lot of 1-0 scorelines, especially in the group stages, european players will be fatigued from the long season and the excessive heat.

Couple of plays I will be doing at fancy prices are Messi and Ronaldo NOT to score a goal.

Its not fun, but unders and draws could be the profitable way to go here.

Will go through the group winners and losers next

Group A predicted order 

1) Me-hi-co

2) Korea

3) Czechia

4) Bafana Bafana

even with homefield advantage, could be a close run thing between 1 and 2, Czech squad looks weak made up largely of Slavia Prague players

1-2 straight forecast pays 7/2 or 7/4 for any order, with 8 of 12 3rd placed teams qualifying SA are value at 6/5

Group B - Very tough group to call, there's no way Bosnia are 64th in Fifa's daft world rankings 

The only thing I know here is Qatar finish bottom of the group, very juiced so parlay that with something else

Group C - its often been said the World cup doesn't start until Brazil play but this isnt your old man's Brazil

Great upfront with Vinicius and Raphinha but the weakest midfield I've seen from the samba boys in a long time.

Haiti have an interesting squad with a lot of european based players and may not be the whipping boys people expect here.

Morocco at 4/1 are the value bet here to win the group, personally, I hope Scotland go home with their tail between their legs!

Group D - The USA squad looks very ordinary, the hosts are relying on Mckennie and Pulisic but its telling for me that Italy are not at the world cup, Serie A isnt the league to play in anymore.

they are in a weak group though, Turkey are poor at this level, Paraguay look the weakest of the South American contingent and the Aussies are a bit of a dark horse here.

USA to win the group at 11/8 may be a good bet, Australia to qualify at 10/11 or Paraguay not to qualify at 6/4 are also plays to consider

Group E - Like Brazil, not a vintage Germany either

saying that, they will likely win the group but I won't be taking the very short price, I can't pick a runner up here, I also dont think Curacao will be disgraced either

Group F - this is the group of death

Like this Dutch squad with Van Dyk and VDV at the back, Reindeers (sic), Gravenberch, De Jong in midfield, the 1-2-3-4 in the betting is correct here

1) Dutch

2) Japan look dangerous

3) Sweden, good mix of talent, questions about manager Potter

4) Tunisia to finish bottom of group at 4/5 is short but makes the most sense

I agree this ain't your Dad's Brazil...Morocco has much more value to win the group--I also foresee more unders also given the volume of matches played with an extra knockout round along with the factors that you mentioned...should be a good one!

barb  really hoping this 48 team world cup isnt at the detriment of the game, yes, its great for more smaller nations to be here but where does this stop, 64 teams next, a 2 month tournament ?

Group G - I really want to take Belgium on here who are relying on the "geriatric" pair of de Bruyne and Witsel to pull the strings, Doku and Trossard will get likely get them over the line but theyre not going deep into the tourney.

This is a very weak group, Egypt will have Salah and Marmoush upfront but little else to recommend, I wouldnt know and Iranian player if I bumped into them and they'll be distracted for obvious reasons especially with their visa situation and change of venue, they won't have many friends in this part of the world, will that work for them or against them, New Zealand have a journeyman team but I could see them getting an upset win here.

Group H - Spain are a worthy favourite to win the whole thing, no real weakness and all eyes on wunderkid Yamal.

Uruguay are very useful, coached by the legendary Bielsa - the straight forecast is slightly odds on but i can't see any other outcome.

The Saudis and Cape Verde have poor squads and will be going home early

Group I - The French aren't as stacked as previous years IMO, upfront they'll be deadly with the PSG trio of Dembele and Mbappe amongst others, they've had a few ding dong matches with Senegal down the years and the latter who do have a lot of players who play in Ligue Un are one of the best African teams here. Norway are useful with Haaland and Odeegard but I will be with the Senegalese here, a few different ways to play this, 11/4 for France to win, Senegal to come 2nd looks best, oh and Iraq, may not score in this group.

Group J - La Albiceleste's group.

They are Easily the best of the Conmebol teams, expect a lot of bookings and I may have a dabble with Alvarez at a massive price, could be a breakout tournament for him.

this looks like another straightforward 1-2-3-4 with Austria and their Bundesliga contingent booked for 2nd, Jordan will be hopelessly outclassed.
