Dont forget, Aus are still re-building after 2 of the greatest 5 bowlers of all time retired 2-3 seasons back.....

vs SA - WIN
vs SA - LOSS
vs India - LOSS
but beating the 3 worst teams in the world (and 2 of then at home) wipes that all away. Lets not forget WI left half the team at home and the Paki's were in-fighting
maybe numbers 1, 3 and 4 in the batting order will improve, especially since each will be closer to 40 then 30 by the time of the 1st test

Punjab making a real fist of this.....
I have noticed this about modern day batsmen....
As the bowler is coming in, the batsmen backs away and 9 times out of 10, the bowler follows the batter and cramps them room.
In the old days, the batter would put one step back as soon as the bowler follows them, step back to off stump and draw a wide......
Used to happen all the time, not anymore for some reason
