Rod, I have tried about half a dozen times to send the PM back but for some reason it ain't working. I even tried on my work laptop, but that to isn't working.

Anyway, the wife finished like 2nd or 3rd in some league pickem comp and because of it, got invited to the shooting and be in the commercial! Along with about 50 other people. Anyway, it just came out recently and after 5+ hours of shooting, she got edited AND photoshopped out, along with most everyone else 
At the 0:35 mark, she was the 3rd person in the door with her Manly jersey on, and they only filmed the 2nd person in. The scene where Hindmarsh smashes a phone, the wife was sitting right next to him, along with about the 50 others in the room included in the scene.
EVERYONE Photoshopped out. And people think Hollywood is tough.

You still get points over the phone, but not at the same rate as the internet. When I questioned him about bets being pulled up and hence having to go on the phone, it seems that he was telling it is a case of tough luck (losing points).
In terms of restricted accounts, he wanted me to give him a call but it sees like that it is client specific.
I don't doubt what you tell me is correct, but my question is, why don't you have an RM? You should direct it at him as your case is specific. Every case is different.

In terms of points, just to be clear did you tell him placing bets via a voice call NOT speech express does not accrue points? Speech express you do accrue points at the normal rate as if you would place bets over the internet/mobile phone.
I do have a RM and he is f*cking useless. He has basically said there is nothing he can do as this is directive made by their risk department. All he does is give me free tickets to sporting events, when it comes to account related matters concerning placing bets he is unhelpful. If I knew how I could escalate the matter I would do it myself. But several emails to the support team has fallen on deaf ears. However ultimately when it comes to these sort of matters there is little recourse for the punter because end of the day the book has the final say in terms of who they do or don't want betting with them.
