I just heard on a news update, Federal Treasurer Wayne Kerr says that Australians should be prepared to be disappointed when he hands down the budget this week.

Mr Kerr said that Australians should expect broken promises, or as he puts it 'changes in policy', as the global economic downturn has forced the governemnt to make 'hard decisions'.
