Heavy rain in Newcastle atm, doesn't look like letting up
You would like to think it won't effect the home side looking at last week's result. It'll be hard on the players backing up, tough game to pick in these conditions as both sides like to throw the ball around.

Both teams have players backing up, but don't be fooled into comparing apples with oranges.
Newcastle have Kurt Gidley backing up, who played about 15 minutes on Friday night and is the fittest bloke in the club. They also have James McManus who, although he has a high workrate, is tough as teak. Of more concern would have to be Mullen with his shoulder, but again he is a young man so fatigue shouldn't really be an issue. He'd also be keen to get one back in terms of Origin selection.
The Titans players who are backing up are all forwards. In a wet game, against a Newcastle pack that has just about beaten every pack they've met, I think Newcastle are in a far better spot in terms of the fatigue factor.
