 Scooby...Lauderdale is a pretty mellow place. We'll be on the beach & I'm sure there will be some speakers but I don't know who else will show up. North of us in Palm Beach through Jupiter the MAGA boat parade will be taking place. So I expect those with different views will be north of us. 

I would like to believe  no one will be trying to burn down the t-shirt shops or the smoke shops or the Elbow Room.

However, to answer your question if I see someone do something I will let the closest police officer know what I saw. At the same time if I need to stop a scumbag from harming someone else, I'm still capable of physically restraining a person.
