I don't think these type of rules work in the pre-season. 

It's more situational.  You have to lok at what each team is trying to do.

These are pre season systems. I wouldn't have listed them if they weren't. .

I understand these are pre-season systems.  I just don't think pre-season trends mean a lot.  I'm a big believer in regular season trends, but I think pre-season is a special case.  You need to look at the situation: motivation, starters playing, what the team is trying to accomplish.

Good call on this one though. 

Just out of curiosity, how much do you stick to trends in the pre-season and how has it worked out for you?

To tell you the truth. i just got my playbook this week. it hit on all three side winners tonight. i missed on all three totals, but i didn't get them from the playbook. I went against the public on the totals and that didn't work.
