Bucking some pretty large trends and going with the under. Both teams have not figured out how to play to their ability and try controlling the clock to make up for it.

    Pittsburgh - 19                  San Diego - 14
    Steelers -4.5                under 43
Steelers lose 2 in a row at home .....
I don't think so..To cold for the Chargers playing in Pitt in November. They will be looking forward to get back to that Southern Cal sunshine.

This game is going way over 43. Chargers D will give up points and Rothlisberger will make some more mistakes in the red zone. I think the over  is the best bet here. I think this will be a 31-28 type of game. Regardless of who wins, one of these clubs will definitely put up 30 points Sunday. Over 43  glta

    Steelers 24-10

Tomlin calls on Big Ben to practice this week if he wants to start. Need more info on starting Quarterback. Woodley will start and cause a red river with Philip at quaterback. Steelers with or without Ben have enough fire power to beat SD. Parker will start also this week.

This could be a high scorer.....Indy scored on them last week....and you KNOW Pittsburg is not going to be fucking around with this game after letting the win go thru thier hands with a 13 point lead....

I'm with you on this one Colonel all you have to do is look at the display that the Chargers put on at cold old  Buffalo a few weeks ago and Pittsburgh is a lot better club than the Bills.  Kind of hoping that Big Ben sits though i like Leftwich running the show a lot better.

P.S. The funny thing is it was like 60 degrees that day in Buffalo.

    Pittsburgh - 19                  San Diego - 14
    Steelers -4.5                under 43
Steelers lose 2 in a row at home .....
I don't think so..To cold for the Chargers playing in Pitt in November. They will be looking forward to get back to that Southern Cal sunshine.

I agree with the Thread the Pitt will win the game...

    but what about covering?

5 is alot of points... I would have taken it at 3 which is where it opened.... but 5?

I think the PITT D is too much for SD to handle, but I am not using last weeks play over KC to determine my opinion on them.... every year the Chargers get rolling down the Stretch... they very well could win this game... but I wouldn't bet on that....

I may just take the PITT Moneyline because they are not losing this game at home...

Not sure I would consider either of these 2 "elite"

I should of used elite talent...That much talent on the field will keep this game within 5 points...too easy of a pick

1st post just wanted to add some information. the steelers are going to have two backup cornerbacks this week starting and one that just got signed a few days ago from free agency!! their both at about 5'9 to chargers 6' plus recievers. This is a bad matchup for the steelers, if the o line doesnt get to Rivers fast enough Rivers is gonna have plenty open options. Still Im going with steeler due to too many other factors, only worried about the line being high at -5.5. GL

Ben Rothb. has been plenty hit but SAN DIEGO can just about sack a bag of potatoes .Throw in their sieve secondary with Parker back opening things up and rest assured , Pitt will not lose 3 in a row at home. Beginning of the end for SD. Norv T will lose his job before week 16.              PITTSBURG 42 SAN DIEGO 19

I am less than impressed with SD underachieving this year especially on the East coast. I am not a big Pitts fan but they should beat SD at home.

Chargers fans, missing Marty Schottenheimer yet?  Norv Turner is the worst coach in the league and if the team wasn't so talented, they'd look like the Raiders.  If someone other than Turner was coaching, I'd lean towards San Diego but as it stands, I'm taking Pittsburgh.  I am going to keep winning money by betting against the overvalued Chargers.  Sorry Charger backers, but until SD changes coaches, SD should not be favored this closely to a good team, and favored heavily against the heavier teams.  Pittsburgh all the way.  Good Luck everyone.

The Steelers to cover this game easily at home- The Chargers are horrible this year, much of which i believe can be attributed to head coach Norv Turner. Forecast is for snow showers and wind, which i believe should benefit the Steelers a lot more than San Diego.
