Oakland sucks as a ownersship, team, and fanbase. Yep, I'm callin out the fans too.  Having said that...I'm not sure if I can bet they will get blown out by 14.        How bout...I take the over 40.5.  PHilly should be able to get 25-30 by themselves. and maybe Jamarcus Russel can muster up an int or 2.  Lane Kiffin was right....Jamarcus Russell wasn't ready.  and D Howard- Bey (don't get started on that).....Raiders made their bed...now they have to lie in it.

Oakland suck's ball's.I was born in Oakland and i'm saying that.It's really bad.Plus I'm a Niner fan so screw the Raiders.Russell is a major bust like Alex smith.He might be worse.The spread could be 20 and the will still cover.

I was taking Philly in the game as long as the spread was under 21.  -14 is a gift IMO

Getting 14 pts. as a home underdog is a lot of pts. no matter who it is.  Plus Philly is traveling to the west coast and struggled a little bit to cover the spread at home last week against another winless team, Tampa Bay.  I think the Raiders defense will play well enough to keep the Philly offense in check and cover this spread.

The Eagles know that from this game on out, their schedule only gets tougher...
 
Look what happened when Tampa Bay tried to take out D-Jack, the rookie Maclin caught monster passes from D-Mac.
 
While Nnamdi Asomugha may be the best defender on the field for that game, the Eagles best Offense is JaMarcus Russell. He's probably gonna throw a couple touchdowns that get on the Philly scoreboard. Hope Asante and Sheldon Brown get a couple picks here to help their stats.

i donno i dont like the games that the public jumps on now ... i mean there are alot of people that made free money from games like this and now i donno.. well philli almost didnt cover last week. i was watching the game, if tampa didnt make the mistakes they did then everyone woulda lost money.. also oakland goes back home after huge losses i dont know i'm staying away

I hate when the eagles are favored by this much, seems this is the kind of spot they letdown, they should get it done and cover, but for me I have philly -1 on a teaser and thats all my action on this one

I'm a Raider faithful... Raider Nation we will get through this tough period.  WR Chaz Schilens should be back this week and FB Oren O'Neal.  Our offense should put up some points and Johnnie Lee Higgins is overdue for a touchdown on a punt return.  I'll take the Raiders +14.

Big favs did cover last week, like Minny, NY G, Philly and small fav like Indy pounded.  Oakland looked like crap, like HI did Sat. nite against Fresno.  This team is broken, I think they quit for the year.  14 is  a big number but I think Philly does it.

giving up 14 pts on an away game is a lot for any team even if it's against a horrible team. As bad as STL is, MIN was only a 10 pts favor last week and PIT was -11 pts...also NYG was -9 pts against KC in week 4...all on away games. so it makes sense that some may shy away from this game but we are talking about the raiders here. Go Philly or go home.
