I figured this line would be Philly -5 or -6. And most of the people on this thread are jumping on the Eagles. But despite the surprising opening spread and the public hitting the Eagles at a 70 percent clip, the line still hasn't moved. Vegas clearly doesn't have a big problem with the public jumping on the Eagles. You know what that means...

The Cardinals - by far - have had the most impressive playoff run. They beat down two very good teams. Throw out the meeting between these two clubs from earlier in the year. That was on a Thursday night of a holiday weekend. The Cards had no time to prepare for the Eagles. The second time two teams play it's always easier for the offense.

    I'm leaning Cards.

If you are a Philly backer, bet now while the line is low.

If you are a Cardinals backer, wait a while because the line will go up to about -5 to -6 later in the week.

This should be a good game as the Cardinals are finally balanced and running the football. This game will come down to the Eagles ability to stop the running game and make Arizona one dimensional as they were all year. The Eagles D is playing nasty right now and just shut down a better Giants offensive line in favorable conditions for a great running day. Like I said before if the Eagles stop the running game they win the game hands down; however, if the Cards are able to keep it close with a balanced attack it will be interesting.

Obviously you've got to think Warner will be ready as he is playoff tested and Fitz is the best receiver in the league as far as I'm concerned, but I just don't hink Zona's D will be able to keep up with McNabb & Co b/c this isn't Delhomme we are talking about. I also think the Eagles D will make Zona 1 dimensional and be able to hurry Warner all game long.

rabbit; you really think that all pro receivers will be intimidated ?? those backs better grow up a little.after reading your writeup, figured maybe the cards should stay at home. after all that you say 28-20. ty.

Early lean on the red birds.  Public is and should be pounding Philly.  I was a bit suprised by the line when I first saw it but the more I think about I don't think that it is off at all.  Arizona, at home, was Buffalo's only lose in the first 7 weeks of the season.  They beat Dallas, at home, with a healthy Tony person when they were still superbowl favorites.  Beat a fired up 49ers in Singletary's second game as head coach.   And the Seahawks, which might not seem like much, but this team almost beat New England at the end of the season.

Philly's only notable road, excluding the playoffs, victory this season was against the Giants, but that was right after Plaxico shot himself.  Still lots more research to do, but wouldnt be shocked to see the line move against the public.

Eagels faced poor play by manning and Tavaris JAckson. Keep in mind, the Giants had lost 3 of 4. tavaris handed them the game and the run happy Giants just did'nt show up. Take the Cards at home plus the points friends. No need to teaze.

Once again - all of the Philly punks made it into this room. Hey, don't get me wrong, I took the Eagles over the Giants last week too. But the train ride stops here - the Cards have waaaaaaaaay too much offense for this "defensive - minded" team in the Eagles. The fact that the Cards are getting points at home right now is laughable........

Cards all day - - Cards over - - Thank you.............

JERRY WRASSE needs an avatar change, please. As for game loving the way the Cards are playing on both sides of the ball. Philly offense has been suspect at best and have been struggling in the red zone, although their D is looking tough. Early play for me is the under.

PhiLLY- Arizonas O line has problems with the Philly Pass rush and blitz packages and phillys DBs are good enough to match up with Arizonas wide outs...i dont think the first meeting between these two was a fluke, EAGLES match up well against this Cardinal team, Cardinals had a great season but i think it comes to a end

I personally don't see a problem with his avatar. I think it's ok.  If anything I think it says that he's a fan of physical fitrness. Or maybe I'm missing something. Anywho...the avatar is fab to me.

This match up is funny and so is the line.  I hope all you Cardinals fans take the points (that just moved to +3.5), then watch a better, more expeienced Eagles team take it to the house!  How do you plan to win with just Fitzgerald and no Boldin.  There giving you clowns the points for a reason, take the hint...

The under is getting the action but I still say if these two can put up 68 in the last matchup then you wont see a 30ish game here....that would be a hell of a deviation....the total opened at 50 and now its 47.5 what a fn deal...gl and have fun

how many people are betting the eagles. Did you guys not watch AZ play the last 2 games?? They have a shut down defense like Baltimore right now! There Defense is scoring at will. The last 4 games of the season were not important to AZ because they already won the division and were on their way to the playoffs, so that is why they didnt play up to expectations. I am going with the hot team right now AZ. PHI can not score TDs! They got lucky they played the NYG that have no Plaxico, I mean really all they had to do was stop the run and they win. Mcnabb will choke just like in the SB. AZ is hot and home and getting points, this is a sure bet go with AZ!! Also is Westy playing and imagine if Boldin returns how many more points they will score.

What If Philly Eagles just happend to win by only 1 or 2 points; --because they had a history by played @Cincy Bangals for Even (tied) game. Leaning to take 3.5 points here.

But I am Eagles & Ravens fan.
