A 10am start for a west coast team comes into play here but since it's week one that does not matter to me. I got in early with Oakland+7 and will also play the Under 40.5 pts.

First of back to back home games for the Titans is usually a moneymaking game for the Vols. Not today, the Raider defense shows up for this one and keeps it close enough to get the cover.

EXCELLENT POST.     I'm only playing the under 40.5.   but if I had to pick, I would pick tenn to cover, but again it's the nfl.  the dog covers most of the time.  

  Not touching this game. See it as a toss up!  G/L to all this season.

Laying 6 to the Raiders in Tenn doesn't seem to many to me.  Will wait and see what the line does this week.

 Just taking a very,very small "action" wager on the Raiders. Waving bye-bye to Russell has to be an immediate improvement. Not convinced the Titans are for real!

Unbelievable.Does anyone know that 1st of all Raiders have the worse rush defense in the nfl.Chris johnson will have a field day with them.Also they are in Tennesee.Also all the talk of that no good Qb they got now Campbell.He sucks.What did he do in washington that makes people get excited for raiders.vince young and CJ will rush over 200 yds on them and titans will win at home 28-17 or maybe 31-17

a little undecided at this point,i'm leaning tenn/under .Al Davis should buy a yacht and use it for target practise,instead of wasting a bunch of money(his own and any of the few fans left)and let someone else with vision and desire to make oakland competetive once again take over.

Tenn -6 AT Home!! Not buying it...They are the Raiders !!!CJ gonna run all over them!!  Like the Uner 40.5 too!!

Tennessee looks like the most improved team I saw in pre-season, defense was lightening fast and aggressive.  JC is not ready for that.  Looks like Fisher is ready to make up for the poor perfomance of last season.  Young looked more comfortable at QB, and Chris Johnson makes all defenses stay honest for the run.  At home, lots of enthusiasm, Titans too much for a less talented Raider team. 

Taking TN and laying the chalk in this one.

I love TN here. No reason to believe Oakland gets it all together on the first game of the season.  A road game at that.

Leaning under as well.

The question for me is whether this game is more of lock in a Suicide pool (picking Titans), than picking Da Bears over the Lions.  Seems to me more craziness could happen in Chicago than in Nashville.  Any thoughts. . . .?

Got Titans -6 -115 (1 unit).  Going against the Colonel again which usually is a bad sign.  Good luck everyone.

this is just my personal openion.. titans will run the ball with their qb and runner back. Oakland will strugle. if this game was against sd and they where at home then it would have been a different story. im taking the titans -7
