play it safe,  I've seen both of these teams play because I'm a Dallas fan. the Giants are arguably the best or 2nd best team in the entire NFC.  You can get on the Saints bandwagon if you want, but what about their Defense?  and Tampa Bay really isn't that bad.  I'm not sayin Ny won't win,  but remember the dogs win the majority of the time in the NFL.  and Vegas has had ample time to catch up to these teams...unlike week 1.  NY -7 sounds plausible, but I wouldn't play it unless u just made me choose a team to cover.

As much as it pains me to have to agree with Giants "Homer" spytheweb - because he's usually wrong - I'm going to have to take the Giants in this one. Tampa Bay just plain sucks. On paper, they may very well be the worst team in the league - next to the Redskins. 7 may be a bit too rich for my blood, but at 6.5 - I'm on board.....

I like the Giants -6.5. Their D-line should eat up the TB o-line, and cause some bad passes and fumbles b/c of Leftwhich's very long and slow release. Manning looks more legit than ever this year, and I've never been a big fan of his. But he is really clicking with those young WRs. Also TB's run D is pretty horrible, Fred Jackson ran all over them, so I think this is the week that Jacobs and Bradshaw get on track and go off.

The 1/2 point drop to 6.5 is curious..

Always cognizant of the trap...I don't see how you don't take the g-men here.

Gmen -6.5. I really don't see how the Bucs got that much respect but I'll bite.

    I'm an optimistic bucs fan....

take the giants/over.  we're without our two best safties, center, and maybe our nickel back.

Because NY is so bad inside the 20 look for them to press for more TDs instead of playing it safe and settling for FGs.
Good teams win games, Great teams cover the spread!

    New York - 24                          Tampa Bay -20
Buccanneers + 6.5        right on the number
Let down game for the G-Men after 2 divisional wins.
Bucs traditionally a decent home dog play.

Tampa's traditionally a strong home dog play, but this isn't Gruden's Bucs.  The crowd will be about 50/50 and the Giants fans will be more vocal.  Teams no longer fear Raymond James Stadium.  It's a damn shame, but it's reality.

It will take a while before these Bucs are able to compete with talented teams with any regularity.   Romo had a career day in week 1, Fred Jackson last week.  I've never seen us so thin at safety.  We have no pass rush, our linebackers are too raw, and we can't cover anybody.  Other than that we're in great shape.

    38-24 Giants.

The Bucs are not the same team since "Chucky"  was forced out. They play some decent defense, but this team is going "nowhere fast" TY!! With the G-Men having to lay only 6.5, the game appears to be   in the bank!

    While everybody's talking " Traditionally"...
None better team on the road than Gigantes...
Besides Giants super bowl loss to Ravens, they usually play well in the sombrero.

I hope I am wrong with this but I don't believe the GMen will cover this one. I am a huge Giants fan and would never bet against them. I believe this might be the best bet of the week. Take Tampa +6.5. All I have heared this week about Giants football was how great the win against Dallas was (It was). But I have not heared very much at all (really nothing) about this weeks opponent. Seems to me a perfect spot for a let down.
