let me put it in a way that you will understand:
a hundredth of a billion dollars is ten million dollars
$1,000,000,000 x 0.01 = $10,000,000
a millionth of a billion dollars is one thousand dollars
$1,000,000,000 x 0.000001 = $1,000
does those zeros to the left make a difference? now can you stop posting that 00000 to da left stupid phrase?
