Seattle is as everyone is better than the raiders.  
Bill Belichik will make a mockary of the Raiders organization this weekend.

Thank god I am not a raiders fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to back games on the West Coast is tough, but when it's the Seahawks and the Raiders it's not so bad.  New England should take this one easily.

   I noticed that the raiders and jets were like 85% consensus picks on here and I researched it...and when that number is that high....watch the bs that goes on.....watch...I am going to this game ....leaving friday from las vegas...tickets are selling on stub hub for no word of a lie...$6!!!

Enjoy the game JohnnyJammer!  I think Oakland might cover this one.  I think the Raiders D might keep it close but....Oakland has such a putrid offense.  I think if the Raiders can score 17 pts or more they will cover easily.  This is just an early lean but I think Oakland plays spoiler here!

I really like the under here.  Russell is terrible.  I'd be amazed if Oakland puts up more than 14 in this game.  As bad as the Pats defense has been, they should be able to contain him.  Their focus would be on Oakland's running game and they will force Russell to beat them with his arm.  Good for a couple of INTs and a fumble.

it might be raining with some wind.
I went to a raiders game last year, they scored 6 points, I was the only person there not wearing black, i had the under.
If cassel doesnt play, under is definately the play.
Both teams only can run, and it will rain this weekend here in the Bay area at some time so it might be soft and slow turf.
2 good field goal kickers here huh.

just like that Rams raiders game i went to  9-6  visitors

After the smoke and mirrors of last weekends games.....titans going for it on 4th down on the 2 yard line with a min 45 sec to go and blowing it preventing the over by a half point when it would have been a given with a chip shot fg....the pats coming from behind to just nip the crappy seahawks please!!....the spread had opened @ 4.5 and sat night at midnight in the casino I looked up and a sign was posted that Hasselbeck was out and saw that spread at 6.5..only to jack to 7.5 for all the poor bastards thinking they would make an ez score.....the books are the only ones that cashed in on that bs contest! and the jets lose to the strong d of the 49ers!! wachout steelers you go some competition!! right!!! hahah....I am liking the college stuff alot more than the NFL.....NATIONAL FIXED LEAGUE !!!

Thanks Kmaster....we know the pats should destoy them but this is like the wwe these days ...its fixed but we don't know who is getting the nod!! ...

Father's death may sideline Cassel

At 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, police and paramedics entered a mobile home in San Bernardino and discovered the body of Matt Cassel's father, Greg, a devastating trauma for Cassel's family and yet another shock to the Patriots. Greg Cassel's death, at 57, threw into question whether his son will play Sunday against the Raiders in Oakland, a must-win game for the Patriots in their late-season push for a playoff berth. Cassel did not participate in practice yesterday at San Jose State University, leaving the team to be with his family in Southern California. Coach Bill Belichick did not have a timetable for Cassel's return and did not say whether he expected Cassel would play Sunday. A spokeswoman for the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coro ner's Department said the preliminary findings indicate Mr. Cassel, a former Hollywood script writer, died in his home of natural causes.

It is also not available on my two sportsbooks.  They are showing every game excepts the Pats/Oakland game.  I know 80% of the action is on the Pats, but then move the line, don't remove the option.  Cassell is the big question.  Hopefully Cassell and the line will show up.

Under Under Under...Oakland will not be able to move the ball as usual, but Lechler (the lone Raider bright spot this year) will not give New England field position putting them in long drive situations all day.

If Cassell doesn't play, this could be like 9-3 with Oakland's 3 coming off a 3 play, 7 yard drive that ends in a Janibrewski 54 yard field goal.

Good Call. If he plays I can definitely see that happening. If he doesn't play I'm not touching this game. New England needs to win to keep pace with the Dolphins and Jets in the AFC East race. They can't afford to lose games to bad teams like the Raiders.

Cassel will be playing on sunday. Takin the Pats @ -5.5. I don't trust them at all 7 point spreads but if they don't completely destroy Jokeland they will at least win by 2 feild goals. GL

i dont feel good about this game at all,even the chiefs only beat the raiders by 7 and NE should do better but i dunno,i'll say im gonna pass but 5 mins before game time i'll probably take NE to cover the 6.5 i'm getting
