ok can someone tell me why the line has gone from -2.5 to know +1? The money has already been on KC & now theyre favorites? Does Vegas think KC was going to win by 1 point when they were given 2.5?

Okay let me put this out there. I'm not calling KC contenders. Both KC and IND are not contenders but KC has #1 defense and special teams in a game where you will need every advantage to win. KC wins this week IMO

Besides me thinking KC was going to win this anyways. This is going to come down to special teams and KC has a guy by the name of Dexter Mcluster. KC defense finally healthy creates turnovers that they've been missing.

I wouldnt let RLM scare you off a colts bet. I use RLM a lot until about week 12 and then its all anout trusting my eyeyballs. I like colts which is now at plus 2. I promise you that the same wise guys that bet on kc+2.5 to push the line to kc-2 would not put their money on kc at this line. Also remember that there are not as many games to bet so RLM gets exagerated as the wise guys dont have as many games to spread out their money. The best pick on the board is sf-2.5 tomorow

KC, short a d player or two that's very important. But Andy reid was not going to lay everything out there in the head to head game knowing they would not win the division. DEN had a kake walk. So they laid low and set up this game. Can go either way, too many base the past game vs this one..

Look at KC record against top flight quarterbacks..It's not too good...Luck is a top flight quarterback. Colts' defense stinks...

Colts beat the best...KC beat the rest

LOL!  If you had money invested in the Colts -2.5 and since my thought process made you feel extra comfortable with your investment decision at that number, "AUTOFADE" is what you called it, you should be foaming at the mouth now that you can investment in them same Colts at a +2.5 premium.  I really think this is one of those spots that only comes along once or twice a season for every investment adviser (gambler) to double his or her bankroll.  This seems like it’s your time to shine Sir…

Still looking for a reason to back KC Holt.  Chiefs have looked like last year last five games.  Colts just the opposite while getting healthy.  Now at home against a team that is 0-5 vs AFC playoff teams this season.  Money seems pretty balanced on the board with lean towards KC ML.  Perhaps Vegas trying to balance the books on this one...?

Gotta go with the hotter team here. If you consider the Chiefs last 2 wins were against very weak teams, you could really hold them suspect to falling apart at the wrong time. The Colts have come together at the right time. Not saying their record has been the greatest but chemistry means everything and the Colts have gotten it together at the right time. I can see Mr. Luck making a long overdue statement in this game. If the Colts can hold the Chiefs running game, this will be a long game for KC.

I'm well aware of that fact and my statement stands... KC knew they weren't going to win more than the Broncos as optimistic as you seem to have been, and from the outlets I've followed, this matchup has been practically penciled in going back a few weeks before they met during the regular season.  I've seen almost all of Andy Reid's work over the last decade and I was all over the colts in that game because I knew he wouldn't tip his hand.  Just because they had something like a 20% chance was no reason to blow this matchup early.

Also the chiefs turned the ball over 18 times all season, 4 came that game.  Furthermore, if you are foolish enough to believe that 13 rushes for jamaal charles is a serious, solid gameplan, I hope you aren't betting that much on NFL.  All that screams lack of preparation.

anyways, as i said, andy reid always gameplans well and fades late, looking back on the eagles in their successful years, even when they lost games, they still started out well and i used to make plenty of money off philly 1st half bets, couple that with the excessive amounts of times the colts have fallen behind early this year as well as any revenge (more so the fact that KC clearly knows what the colts want to do and I promise you the chiefs will have new looks for the colts to adjust to),  I booked it at +0.5, but I still like it at -0.5 with reduced juice.

As for the game, i was on the chiefs in theory, but too many concerns have got me sticking to my first half druthers...

Andrew Luck is either 6-0 or 7-0 STRAIGHT UP as a home dog.  Once the colts became dogs it priced me out.  This could be a different animal in the playoffs, but I'd rather not mess with it.  Plus Luck is the best player on the field (only because elite QB> elite RB, sorry jamaal), and could screw this one up for the better team who is getting their best pass rusher Houston back (absent for the previous match).

Good luck boys, except Quad Yeah... I always root against the jerks.

a few playoff back when Smith was qb for SF against Giants. under 2 final minutes and SF got the ball at Giants @10yds. all Smith got to do was sit to kill the clock and kick a winning fg. Instead, he ran in for a td. Eli came back....and won it in overtime AND the championship that season.  next season, Smith got cut, and playing for KC......  COLTS seems to be more motivated.

motivation is a poor factor to consider in a playoff game, who doesn't want to win in the playoffs?
