Panthers looking good here. Falcons aren't that much different from the Queefs, and they can run the ball better.  They both have fairly weak D's and the Falcons were helped by a bad snap on a punt.  The point is they had to settle for FGs every time because they can't pass, and they Queefs will face the same fate. Queefs are overvalued due to their big win last week, take CAR.

The Panthers shouldn't be giving this many points (-9.5), should they?  They've only covered that kind of chalk once, and it was this past Sunday.  I'll take the points.

I actually see a low scoring game here..... I would say Carolina wins but plays down to the opponent as usual.....

im a huge panthers fan...go to games every other weekend ish. wont be betting on them tomorrow. like breakabookie said, they will play down to their opponent, its what they do. stay away! they have the potential to blow them out but they also have the potential to get beat by more than ten. find a better game to bet on

Am I missing something here? I thought the total at 39 here was a little low. Steve Smith's 3rd game back for the Panthers he should be able to get open against this KC defense. I cannot see KC stopping the run as well allowing 176 yds per game
 
I like the Panthers here as well in the first half but I'm kinda scared of giving the 6 in the front.

I live in LA, but was in KC this weekend for a fashion show. The after party was at a club called Blonde. Guess who was there getting loose right next to our table? Larry Johnson! He didn't look like he was thinking about beating Carolina too much.
 
For reasons already stated, i hate laying the chalk with Carolina, but they should have no trouble here.

KC is always out of their minds about twice a year as a home dog... don't read too much into last week's game... the line is deflated because of their win agaisnt KC... trust me on this... the Chiefs are ecstatic to have a win under their belt... they'll get hungry enough to steal another one in about another month... Panthers are one of the most well-balanced teams in all facets of the game...
