Very low spread but Jac definitely needs this win...

Totally agree.......this works over 50% of the time. Indy supposed to be resting players which is not as important as it seems as you have reserves that are trying to keep their job, enhance their trading value, etc. and will play very hard. Manning and other skill players will play, but not for the entire game nor with the usual intensity especially if they're dinged up.

There's just no way in hell that the lowly Jags who are 26th against the pass will spoil the Colts undefeated joy ride.

Jacksonville will win this game because their playoff hopes are on the line.  Remember, The Jags only lost by 2 pts earlier this year at Indy, so take it for whatever it's worth. Also, Peyton Manning and friends will be rested in the second half.     GL to all

Attention to those who believe the Colts will be resting players halfway thru this game. It ain't happening. Healthy players are playing and unless this game is a blowout ( either way ), Manning and the starters are in. It's a division game and even though they have everything locked up, there not laying down in this game. Colts win and cover. Jags can't score with this team.

regular season undefeated means very little as witnessed by Pats.  More important in my mind for a veteran team like Colts to rest stars and keep them from getting hurt.  Colts really have nothing to play for, Jax have everything.  NO is a different story as they are a franchise with very little winning culture, so I think they keep the pedal to the floor.  Besides Dallas deserves to be whipped as they have 5 super bowls to their none.

Can't figure out guys thinking a perfect record team wanting to lay down.  Peyton is the best QB bar none in the league and the Colts are the best team.  It will be the Saints and the Colts in the Super Bowl and the Colts will win easy if they get all their players back and healthy.  Colts win this game and cover.

In my humble opinion I think Indy at -3 is a steal. I can't help but think that quietly this team's goal is to go undefeated. Yes, the Jags need this game much, much more. Yes, Freeney, Mathis, Addai, their starting LT, and secondary are all banged up and some might even rest. Not to mention Colts are on the road in a short week against a people team that almost always plays them in nail bitters. My money will be on Indy, but my heart will be with the Faguars.

I dont think Indy will rest players. 

As long as there's a zero in that L column, the Colts players will try to win and the coaching staff will not get in the way by resting healthy players.

Bottom line: If the Colts win the Super Bowl and also have a "1" in the L column because a few healthy guys rested in game number 14 or 15, there will be a lot of mostly happy but slightly ticked off Colts players in February.

78% of the public are on Indy..... I'm not taking the bait. Jags ml +130 and under 42. Caldwell 'says' all healthy players will start, but the Jags will be fighting hard to stay in the playoff hunt, and all the Jags need to do is keep it close in the 1st half and they will have a good chance of pulling off the upset.  I may wait to see if the line goes up closer to game time.

Very tough one to call....Colts & Jax normally play each other tough with all the starters playing so it's hard to decide on this one.

The Colts will probably start all the starters that are healthy but the question is how many qtrs are they going to play?

remember monday night, az should have been a heavy favorite, but was a close line; this is a similar scenario, should be a blow out but line is very close.  best is the over/under, thursday night nfl network under special.

Vegas wants people to think what half of you are.  That Indy has nothing to play for.  Does anyone actually believe they don't want to round off their season the way they played it all the way through?  The Colts have clinched the playoffs.  Have they clinched home field advantage?  I just can't see the Colts letting the Jags end their streak.  I can't bring myself to go against INdy at this point.

     When I compare my power ratings with the line, it tells me -"Colts win - line out of range! As I see it, there doesn't appear to be any overriding emotional factors here. Line should be in the 5.5 to 6 point range. When the Colt's HC was interviewed he "vaguely" said all healthy players will play? Because the spread is so out of line with reality, I can only conclude that the linemaker knows something I don't! And when I see that "shit going on"- NO BET!!

   So if YOU were to bet,  take Indy! In spite of the Jag's record, built on the back of "patsies", even some of the Colts second string should perserve the win & cover, that Manning will easily be able to run up early on!

Jags +3, From what I'm hearing Curtis Painter will be seeing plenty of time at QB down the stretch for Indy

please everyone take out the mortgage and put it on indy....

cause that jags +3 is lookin sexy...a +4 would be nicer though. so do it.

..indy shoudlnt lose, but that line is suspect and i don't buy it. division rivalry, a lot on the line for both teams. indy trying to add on to their winning streak, jags fighting for a playoff spot. home underdogs are always a good bet too. but i don't think that will change a lot of peoples minds soo...rape that line everyone!
