Don't do it.  There is no reason to back Det....and a team never going 0-16 is not a good reason.  I thought last week at home ws there best shot and look what happened.  Just when you give this team hope they get undressed.  I'm all over GB -9.5.

I don't know about the ML Detroit.  But I'll take the points.  What is your best argument for giving all those points and siding with the Packers?

I know the Packers don't want to be known as "that team", but Detroit's been looking a little better on offense lately - and the Packers aren't "high-powered" on offense like the Saints were last week against 'em. At 9.5, Detroit's tempting........ they're tempting......... they're making me salivate..............

Love Detroit and the points here. I may tease them to 15-16 points. GB couldn't beat anybody by that much.

Packers will take out a season of frustrating losses on a team that just wants to go home. Anyone who thinks the players on Detroit are gonna play any harder than they normally would to keep from going 0-16 is kidding themselves. They will already be the only team to ever go 0-15, and they didnt even put up a fight AT HOME against another team that seems too talented to be out of the playoffs. The packers know how the fan base would react to a close game, much less a loss. They arent going to just beat Detroit on sunday, theyre gonna run that shit up.

    Green Bay - 32               Detroit - 14
    Packers -10.5            over 43
    It's a sad day for the NFL when a team goes 0 - 16.....
It will be a long off season for the Lions players and fans.
    I feel for you guys...

The packers will absolutely destroy the Lions by at least 2 TD's, and anyone who says otherwise is foolin themselves...Dont overthink it,dont over analyze it...just lay the lumber on the chalk, go back to sleep and wake up and celebrate the easiest pick on the board...bring on the naysayers, I will gladly debate this one...the LIons?!...come on

oh, and webledegreen...are you seriously comparing Forte with Smith??...I know Smith has been a solid rookie and he even won me some flow while with UCF, but Forte  and his 600 more yards and twice as many TD's hes had this season should keep him a step above and beyond anything Smith has done this year...he easily may be ROY...please don't compare the two...at least, not right now....AND your " backing Orlovski"...good luck with that,seriously...one more thing...Green Bay is at home,so they won't have far to go after throwing a beatdown on the newly "__defeated" Lions

The OVER is the play in this game folks.  The Packers defense has officially given up on the season, especially their run defense.  Kevin Jones should be able to run all over them.  I expect at least 1 interception by Orlovsky, possibly returned for a touchdown.  The Lions should be able to put up around 20 points in this game.  They are still playing for something, as ridiculous as it sounds.  The Packers don't want to be the team who let them win.  They will put up some points as well.

    OVER 42

    Prediction:  Packers  27  Lions 20

Forte's stats are better than Smith's because when you're getting your ass kicked you can't continue to run the ball.  I'd love to see how many touches Smith got in the 2nd halves of the games this year.

23 degrees, sunny, no serious wind, Lambeau is offset by the Lions desire to not lose.

This is going to be a close game.

Detroit ATS, Over for the total.

The Packers sent them on this current losing streak, they are filled with revenge and desperation. Will see if it works. If the Packers were somewhere other than "Out of the playoffs" this would be a game.

We traded our playoffs to the Jets. Arron Rodgers is pretty low key with our offense and this will be a challenge for him to ignite something. Our defense will have trouble with screens and the running game.

Good game to watch but you need to remember that these teams are machines when it comes to the wager. I'm against the spread on Detroit.
