    Lions +7                                                over 48

o/u line >44 pts has me thinking the Lions will put enough points on the board to cover the 7.

Stafford is 0-16 when playing a team with a winning record on the road. Tough line though. With that Defense Detroit has and the Stafford + Megatron combo Detroit might be able to keep it close.

Who can we thank for Suh winning his appeal?

"As good as Dallas was this season, it’s still hard to trust quarterback Tony Romo and his 1-3 career playoff record. The Cowboys will be playing one of the NFL’s best defenses in Detroit, and good offenses usually lose those battles."

Dallas is still Dallas with the same QB, coach and owner. Romo is due a 3 int game. Romo folds under pressure in a big game.

Yea, cowardly reversal on the Suh suspension.  The NFL is lame on doing the right thing. Look how long it took them to address concussions.  Anyway, I know romo can be suspect, but stafford's capable of the same crap. If you can get Cowboys -6.5 that seems to be the only play.  Detroit on the road? I think I'll pass.

Dallas is still Dallas with the same QB, coach and owner. Romo is due a 3 int game. Romo folds under pressure in a big game.

Here you go with your BS again. Let's make a bet Romo does not throw 3 int's in this game, maybe 3 TD's, Suh may have 1 sack and the O line will be just fine. How many sacks did Suh have against the Pack? None. and Dallas has a better O line then the Packers

80 percent of the public and their mothers are betting on the cowboys to win this game.. don't forget that this is a Detroit team who went into Dallas 4 -5 times and beat them straight up.. of course i know what you are gonna start saying "this isn't the same Dallas team" well guess what this isn't the same Lions team either. If you look at both Stafford and Romo in my opinion Stafford is more consistent. Romo is due for a darn up and we all know when he people up, he people up big. Not to mention how many losing seasons the Lions had (they are sick of losing) this is a hungry team who wants to make a statement. Romo isn't Rogers and will never be. The turn overs in this game will hurt the Cowboys as they go in the game confident and cocky. with all that being said i am going Detroit to win the game straight up with 4 or more points.

    Prediction: Lions 38-31

The NFL was fine with concussions until injured players started suing. The NFL had to protect their profits. If the NFL had a better medical benefit, concussions would not be a problem.

Dallas home ATS, 3-5. One playoff win in 17 years.

Smith is a "O" Tackle, Suh is a "D" tackle not a DE so i don't think Smith will draw Suh.

Dallas 4 straight ATS wins and an easy one in week 17 - clouding public perception. Stafford back in Texas, seems like Caldwell and Lombardi have been saving something. Lions haven't covered in 3 weeks.

Lions were winning in New Orleans on the road at halftime of their last playoff appearance, and are much better and more experienced now. In the second half of that game the saints scored on every possession.

Tony Romo is going to have to show me he can play well in a big game before I ever miss an opportunity to bet against him in one.

Reversion to the mean for both ATS trends + inviting line for favorite (6.5) to win by "just a touchdown"  + Against Tony Romo = POUND LIONS.
