With the wind chill tomorrow they're saying it's gonna feel like 5 degrees... and don't underestimate 25mph wind in Heinz field.

If the weather ends up being as horrible as predicted then that puts heavy pressure on the running game, which puts Dallas at a huge disadvantage with Barber not playing and Jones being out for the year.  They just had to activate a RB from their practice squad.
Big Ben has a lot of experience playing in this weather while Romo has a lot less.  Steelers have better D, run game & QB for this type of game.

I agree.  best post on here...so far.  and I'm a diehard Dallas fan.  I just think there is some how some way dallas can win....but it doesn't look good.  Dallas may be running Tashard Choice at rb

It will come down to turnovers and who wants it more.  Yes no Barber does hurt the Cowboys, but it is not like they dont have a running back playing and their line is huge.  Choice averaging 4.3/carry.  TO is the best wr on the field and witten is the best te, with Williams talent, the passing game is hands down better than steelers. cowboys have the best off. line and a stocked front 7 on defense.  their qb is playing better also.  The steelers have a better secondary and a better def coordinate and home field thats it.  If they dont score by screw ups by hamlin and Henry, cowboys still out score them.

points will come at a premium this game, i dont know what you all are smoking..the winning team scores 20 and nothing more than that...but with the cold turnovers might change that with a short field or pick 6's

If anyone watched the West Virginia game (~ 1 hour from Pitts) they'll know the field will be a mess.

Since Romo came back they've scored 14, 35, 34.  Thats not bad.

But it was against Wash (14), SF (35), and Seattle (34) - not exactly great defenses there so i think the "Romo is back and their offense is clicking" statement doesn't hold as much water as people think.

Spent most of the week leaning Dall +3 but i'm not pretty confident in Pitt -3.  In fact i think the game could be 17-13 Pitt.

One other point - Dallas has been getting leads and giving it to Barber every damn play in the fourth quarter lately - with him out i think they'll have a harder time come the fouth quarter, especially with Choice not used to carrying the load all game.

one other point #2 - looking forward to see how the line moves with Barber out come Sunday morning.

I thought it was rather interesting that you picked Ttech and OSU to cover against them.  and I was the OU homer.....

Will be at the game tommorrow. Weather is not a factor here. It will be cold, but that doesn't matter in the Steel City. Ben wears the glove on non throwing hand, and Romo is to spoiled to know what cold weather is in his Dome. Steelers 38-21. Barber is definitely out. If you cannot give your QB a run option Pitt will hurt mor than Romo's finger.

I agree with the Stillers pick Fatty, but Romo is from Wisconsin and knows the cold.  And Dallas doesn't play in a dome.  Just wanna make sure you have the facts.

DDD - I killed it with the Sooners today, but c'mon now don't be calling me out for every time i make a poor play.

My dissing your credibility has more to do with you being such a homer - and i think its worked b/c lately you've come down from that homer-mentality in the last couple weeks...

Dude, I'm far from a homer.  Look at my posts on this thread....still the same ole Devin.  in FACT I'M CALLING IT NOW.....OU to cover against whoever they play in the BCS natl title game.....if Florida is there -8 or -7 , jump on OU.  If for some reason a miracle happens and someone else is there like Texas...take OU big time.  I'm calling you out because your credibility took a nosedive  when you doubted the credibility of someone who lives in Oklahoma..someone who has seen almost every OU game since 95.  Dude,  you took the dog against a team that is the 1st college team to score over 65 points 5 games in a ROW!  Thats....like betting against NE their 1st 3 SBs this decade.  very dumb.   I agree with your Posts about PItt v Dallas.  As a Dallas fan I know when they are in trouble.  and it doesn't look good for Dallas in this one.  But I can see this game going either way.  Don't be surprised if this game is settled in the last 5 min

Weather update in Pgh.  At 9 AM, 20 degrees, wind chill 4, high today supposed to be 24 with wind chill of 10.  Game starts at 4:15 forecast 22 degrees with 10-20 mph winds all day. Temperature won't be dropping much during game, but wind chill will be less than 10. Slight snow flurries projected, but does not seem to be anything significant < 1 inch.  Wind gusts up to 32 mph predicted.

Yeah that is good thinking since the same players that played in that game are playing today. How long ago was that?

Dallas is capable of beating any team on any week.  They have too much talent on both sides of the ball.  They just need to start putting everything together, and they need to start right now.  This game will tell us a lot about what we can expect from both of these teams down the stretch.  I'll take the 3 points, and take my chances here.  Something tells me T.O. is going to show up today.  Get'cha popcorn ready  !

This is the NFL, every team has talent. Dallas is just not a very good team. Should have kept Parcells. I got Pittsburgh -2.5.
Good teams win games, Great teams cover the spread!

You are pathetic posting fake lines.  The game opened at 3 and is now at 3.5.  If you bought a point down then say it.  But why would you have to buy a point if the Cowboys aren't very good?
