This is going to be a good battle, I expect Ravens to protect their turf and come away with a 3 pt victory. Cincy had their way with the 2013 Ravens on both meetings but this is the new look 2014 Ravens  with Gary Kubiak offensive system, the same system that knocked Cincy out of the playoffs twice and lost to Houston three straight. Now the Ravens may finally have a running game going and with Pitta and Steve Smith. That'll be the difference. Health issues with Raven secondary could help keep Cincy in the game. The revenge factor for being knocked out of the playoff contention last season motivates Baltimore moreso

I like Baltimore but what game were you watching last year. "Cincy had their way with the 2013 Ravens on both meetings" Balt. won at home last year 20-17.

Yes,I saw that game. They played one good half and almost lost at home. The offense struggled due to all the transitioning that took place. As a Raven fan I think Cincy outplayed us last season

Cincy is a team that continues to improve. I expect them to win the division. I expect the Ravens, on the other hand, to barely do better than 8-8. Close game but the Bengals win outright.

Ravens to cover- (- 2.5) vs. Bengals.

Last yr was the first time under Harbaugh that the Ravens didn't cover the spread opening day. Or should I say Opening Night? The ravens historically play low scoring prime time games, so last yrs Thurs night opener aside, we're talking 5 str8 yrs of ATS wins and 2 times the Bengals were the opposing team opening day. Also last yr was only the second time under Harbaugh that the Ravens have had to travel on opening day. The last time was 2010 vs. Jets in primetime. The score 10-9 Bal. So without the 2 night road openers, the Ravens have opened at home and done well during the day. Also they do well ATS w/revenge. Last game Bal played was a 34-17 loss to Cin. They've had all season long to focus on the team that ended their season. Last time this happened( in REVENGE terms), 2010 playoffs- Balt loses to Pitt in div round. FIRST game of the next yr? Pitt at Balt. Result 35-7 Balt win. Players remember who ends their season

With the improvements to the offensive line and receiving corp, Baltimore will be the team to beat in the AFC North. By the end of week 3, I expect the Ravens to be sitting at 3-0, thanks in part to the nice schedule they have.

Home against the Bengals, quick turnaround Thursday home game against the Steelers, then 10 days to prepare for their first road game which is against the division cellar dweller, Cleveland.

I love Ravens but they are missing a key piece Ray Ray Rice but they added few new WR's... & Lots of corners

    Ravens win 24-20

Knowing the Ravens, that's 8 "W"s at home, 8 "L"s on the road, this game is at home, so.......

Game is a coin flip, home team usually wins (but not always) line right now is at zero........

I would tease either team (or both teams), or not even use this game at all.

Think long think wrong !  Hard game to cap for me anyways, Throw everything out the window, Bengals on the road opening game of season, just not so sure they can or will cover here.

Under seems like the better way to go !

Daulton is maturing as an NFL QB, and with aj green.  Always a threat to stretch the field.  Bernard and Hill are solid rb's and can gamechange. Cincy is not all about Offense these days.

Baltimore will have more trouble and must work harder to score today.
