    Stafford banged up or not- I won't overrate the Panthers chances in this spot. With the Lions fortunes waning to make the playoffs, I see this game taking on major importance. I think Mr. Newton is going to have a rough time, (and collect his share of bruises) against this defense. I see the Lions rising to the occassion this week!

Panthers are not done finding ways to lose. Last week I posted that Carolina would have their typical game. Turnovers and penalties would hurt them. I was right. Carolina put forth perhaps their worst performance in a calendar year.

Really like the Panthers here at + 7 to give Detroit all they can handle , lets face it they were brutal coming off the bye week against a strong titans defense , i think they learned from that and get it together against a Lion team that is clearly a different team than the 5-0 we saw a month ago , they can't run the ball right now , stafford is hurting , and was made to look silly for most of the bears game...Jahvid Best's injury has really hurt this team and do not look as sharp without him , Carolina will not repeat last week's performance and imo are a good Dog against the spread here at + 7.

What for you to be not the pick. Go for to be the panthers of not into the said it.

Much better games to wager this week, but Car's D is closer to NCAAF level, i see DET bonucing back but cover tht 7 might be in question, as a back door cover might take place. up 10 or 13 pts all game, then Car ball wit 4 mins left.........

By the way Detroit mops up the Carolina Panthers the same way they treated Tebow and the Broncos.  Bounce back game and they will have Kevin Smith running the ball this week and take some much needed pressure of the passing game.

Carolina comes out strong... and Detroit rallies... sounds like an over to me.

Detoit has misfired the last few games.....I believe they get it going at home.....likewise, so has Carolina's offense......It seems to me that this is a track meet waiting to happen.  I'll take the over here.

Should be a fun game to watch..  Alot of offense in the dome.  Detroit 34 - Carolina 28.
