Might just be some scoring here ...looking at the over and buff+10.5 and really thats because double digit spreads in nfl are hard to cover...bol

  Agree with pacesetterpicks above. Both teams play the O ,but  Houston plays the D. Just looking for a cover here.

Liking Houston here especially with the problems in NY. I imagine all the Buffalo teams family had to evacuate and deal with the Sandhy crap. Loss of preperation time going into Houston now with no defense against the run or the pass.  Buffalo get's their asses kicked.

Houston will be able to run out the clock while still scoring TD's so not afraid of being backdoored.

interesting article by football outsiders at ESPN on this matchup.  The texans are not a great run defense themselves and the bills have a top 6 run offense.  Texans may have their way on the ground, but the bills will too.  Not to mention bills are solid garbage time contributors.

I dunno wang, Houston is only allowing 3.9 yrds per rush attempt and 83 yards per game in rushing.   Pretty good run defense I think.

With all of the "conspiracy theorists" and "revenge factor" believers we have in these threads - no one's taking the Mario Williams bitter homecoming into consideration? I know he's "questionable" for Sunday's game, but according to him, he's playing - and apparently not happy about the prospect of getting booed by the Houston fans:

Houston Texans by at least 17 in this one. Texans and Broncos are the locks of the week this week. But I'm also going with Under 47.5; I think that the Texans defense shuts the Bills down and I see them forcing a lot of turnover.

Way too many people are taking the Texans. I truely believe this will be the game that busts up every parlay. Take the points. Bills show up after bye week and are competitive but end up losing 23-17

Ouch, the only thing Buffalo has going for them is their run offense.  I mean that literally.  Ranked 3rd in the league in rushing yards but also going up against the 3rd best rushing defense in the league.  Other than that they have nothing else in their favor and actually ranked pretty bad in nearly every other category on offense and defense.

Buffalo going up against one of the most underrated defenses in the league and it's top 5 or better in all categories except for points allowed which is 6th.  

Houston is gonna hand Buffalo an ass whopping they won't forget and everyone on that team is gonna leave licking their wounds when this game is said and done.
