It's Atlanta's third road game in a row and 4th in 5 weeks, so that may be a part of it.

Does anyone have stats on road favorites after 4 in 5 weeks? Obviously it takes its toll to be on the road but the Falcons are still playing for first seed and to stay ahead of the tough NFC South.

As a former Seahawks season ticket holder it pains me to profess that even the 12 Man cannot help Seattle here. Even if they play better at home.
Seattle is in huge WR need and cannot run the ball reliably. Hasselbeck looks old and the return game is almost the biggest threat with Washington.

I played Atlanta at -6.5 and I still feel good about it

As far as the OVER/UNDER I'm leaning OVER just because I believe Atlanta will put up 28 points or more and probably Seattle will score around 20. Not a great bet though.

This is a big HMMMMM? -6? I don't care if its Atlanta's 4 road game in 5 weeks. Matt Ryan is not listed as inactive. Atlanta has my Saints on their ass. What time is this game anyway? If its a late game and Saints will be done playing, is that when they decide :

Saints win = Matt Ryan in
Saints lose = Matt Ryan sits this one out.

If anything, Atlanta @ the half would be the smart bet. Knowing that its Playoff Season, coaches will sit their stars. I see Atlanta getting a comfortable lead in the first half and slack off in the second half. THE OLD BACK DOOR COVER. I don't think so. 10 points will not be a comfortable lead until the last 30 seconds of any game, but then again, we've seen Saints head coach Sean Peyton do that last year. SITTING HIS PLAYERS OUT, WIN OR LOSE.

ATLANTA LARGE , this is you lock of the day if you can get -6 .

or -6.5 . bet it now before the line goes down to -7 or more!

Why would Ryan be out? There are no reports anywhere saying that he could miss the game.

    Falcons will in by 24

ATL -6 (4units): I have the dirty birds winning by 2 TDs, fewer penalty yrds, fewer turnovers and greater time of possession vs. a team from the NFC Worst.  Even tho its in Qwest, i smell a route of epic proportions.  Score: Falcons 35-Seahawks 14

SITTING HIS PLAYERS OUT, WIN OR LOSE.

whether saints win or not ....falcons still have to beat them the week after

I know seattle needs this win to keep their playoffs hopes alive.  Does Atlanta needs to win for home field advantage???

Seattle gonna win this one boys. Chance to get that division title. I dont like em anymore than you but Atl is due for a letdown. Better now than the first playoff game.
