this game is the best pick of the week for me.  I love the falcons in this getting 6.5 or 7.0.  this is way too many points in this divisional game.  these two teams always play close and it always comes down to the end.  So yea go with the points in this one

Saints look like they are prime for a SB push..  Brees is having a record breaking year.  Saints are 6-0 at Home ATS.  mostly covering large spreads...  I am gonna continue to ride the Saints ATS streak (6 in a row)....

i am very aware of the dangers playing the saints at home but the falcons are one of the few teams in the league that can beat the saints..its going to be close and its going to be a great matchup

It's so tough for teams to go into that dome and play well. Even good teams like atlanta seem to struggle in that dome. Im fading this game, normally i'd love atlanta and the points but it's so hard to bet vs. brees at home on monday night for me.

atlanta is in the playoffs right?  there is no way they don't make it now.  what do they really have to play for.  New Orleans on the other hand HAS to win if they want that first round bye.  We all saw what happened last year when they had to go to Seattle.  New Orleans simply is not the same team on the road.

I look for New Orleans to come out fired up, almost with playoff like intensity.  Atlanta, not really sure.  They really are hit or miss.  Remember the first half vs Carolina?  Carolinas offense simply shredded them, no reason a hot Saints team couldn't do the same thing at home.  At this time its Drew Brees back there, not Cam Newton turning the ball over to let them back.

Wouldn't you think the Falcons don't want their division rivals the Saints getting that first round bye? This could pretty much be the case if the Saints lose tonight. And, if that plays out, and the Saints lose and Falcons win next week - guess who wins the NFC South..............

I see some posts stating that this game has little relevance for one team or the other. Thats so far from the truth because if Atlanta wins out at worst they are the #5 seed, they could also get the #3 seed if they win out and New Orleans loses out, unlikely but possible. Some might say there isn't much difference between the #5 and #6 seeds but this year most likely the #3 seed will be New Orleans and the #4 seed Dallas/Giants winner this upcoming Sunday. I think thats an easy choice which of those teams is much tougher. With all that being said I'm teasing New Orleans tonight to -.5 with something else. If I had to pick one side without a tease I'd probably go with Atl. cause these teams tend to play each other closely and Atl. has a lot of the line, as well as New Orleans, but the way New Orleans has played this year at home I can't bet against them.
