the line is set because Foles has 2 more YPPA then Carson. And Philly is at home ..-3 does not show that Arizona has a much better defense and is just an overall better team . Arizona is not making the trip to the east coast to lose...Find good value in this line , also Philly just won 2 on the road and came home to win , the chances of them winning at home again are slim, but that is just me, Arizona in my eyes is a classier team. Cards really have enjoyed beating up on some pretty soft teams. They look phenominal right?
