the deeper the playoffs get ,the more the lines tighten up....which means the weaker the handicapper the longer they will be on the bandwagon.....or ride the bench becuz they dont have what it takes to be a starter......LEECHES......get ya game up!!!!
i see a lot of new orleans backers ,now backing the lakers, which i dont blame u becuz its hard going against kobe, but at some point u will have to give S.A. the credit they deserve......shit LA does and they the ones playing......yal just spectators on the outside looking in.....
this series starts from 2 of the best coaches in the game and trickles down thru the players....i call them two chess masters ....what trickles down is the intelligence as well as experience on both sides.....but going into game 1,LA will be more battle-tested becuz they have not played anybody in the playoffs with the defense and intelligence that SA posses.....DENVER AND UTAH cant even begin to compare or prepare LA for SA's polished yet simple game plan.....its an old saying i heard from a chess master inna movie,"the only way to become smarter is to play a smarter opponent"....thats why kobe said he wanted SA to beat NO,so they could go against the best....but dont think it will be easy....for one ,GASOL is no SHAQ....and looking back at the series 4 years ago, in LA ,the lakers were only favorite to win by no more than -5 with SHAQ...this was when SA had no center.....4 years later SA is basically the same team....just a lil more seasoned and a lil more older, but still no real center.THOMAS will do alright against GASOL...he's way better on "D" than OKUR.....Here is a list of home games LA played against at home this year against TOP DEFENSIVE TEAMS.......
HOU-LOSS 93-95 ...LA was +3.5 196.5

FROM YAHOO! SPORTS :
When the San Antonio Spurs eliminated the New Orleans Hornets from the playoffs Monday night, they figured the hard part of their journey to the Western Conference finals was over.
Turns out it was only beginning.
In one of the more bizarre travel stories, the Spurs ended up spending the night on the tarmac at New Orleans airport.
The team had planned to fly to Los Angeles after the game, but arrived at the airport to find their flight had mechanical problems. With a cable convention crowding the city’s hotel rooms, the team couldn’t find any place to spend the night.
Some of the players slept on the plane while others moved to buses on the tarmac.
The team left New Orleans around 6:30 a.m. And arrived in Los Angeles a few hours later. The Spurs will have only a brief shootaround on Wednesday morning before opening the conference finals against the Los Angeles Lakers that night.
You drank the kool-aid! This is exactly what they want, for you to bet the Lakers cuz of this bullshit!
Spurs +7 Put it on the BOARD!!!!!
