None of the games in this series have been tightly contested until the very end--this one will be. Before the series began, I wasnt sure Boston's old men would be able to hang with Cleveland. They've proven that they can (with a little help from Rajon).Boston +7.5

This is now a best out of 3 series and there is NO WAY the Cavs drop this one at home. The Cavs are 35-6 at home. Nothing changes tonight.
They entered the postseason as one of the favorites and now find themselves in a best-of-three dogfight.
During his post-practice media session, Brown was pressed on a number of issues beyond stopping Rondo.
ESPN HYPE:
He was asked about his decision to sit center Shaquille O'Neal for all but the first 49 seconds of the fourth quarter on Sunday. He was challenged about Ilgauskas' lack of playing time, James' seven turnovers in Game 4 and Cleveland's poor bench production.
At least he didn't have to talk about James' famously sprained elbow, which dominated the discussion between Games 2 and 3.
Brown was asked if the Cavs are feeling the pressure.
"In the playoffs everybody wants to win," he said. "You expect to win. If you're up 3-0 you probably feel less pressure than if you're down 1-2. Yeah, I think it's a natural human instinct to feel a little bit of pressure, but it's good pressure and you got to welcome at this point in the season.
BLAH BLAH BLAH! Don't buy in to it! Its all rhetoric BS. Cavs roll tonight in what turns out to be possibly the ONLY 7 game series in the Playoffs!

I still think that Rondo is going to do very well against LB tonight.. Hey LB guards Rondo and you still have three very talented players on that team.. who going to guard Ray Allen.. Mo Williams? Still there's going to be a match up problem for the Cavs.. 7.5 pts is nothing for the Cavs to cover at home.. but I love that alien looking Rondo.. so I'm going with
Boston +7.5 maybe even higher.. medium play.

Rondo ain't gonna do jack shit in Cleveland. I dunno about the line though. Small lean on the Cavs.
I wouldn't be so confident about that.. Yes LB is going to guard Rondo.. but Rondo just like LB is a beast and both are going to be playing really hard tonight.. LB can't do it alone.. Mo Williams Blows.. Delonte West Blows.. truthfully that whole squad blows.. LB, Jamison, and Shaq..

IF U DO THE MATH YOU GET A DIFF SPREAD FOR EACH SCENARIO: OVERALL DEF/OFF 196.05, HOME/AWAY 194.8, I THINK THE SPREAD IS MODELED AFTER THE LAST 5 GAME STATS TOTALS FOR 194.6
HOWEVER, THE STAT I LIKE BETTER...OUT OF THE LAST 8 GAMES CLE AND BOS HAVE PLAYED AGAINST JUST EACH OTHER....
CLEV HAS AVERAGED 101.5 PTS
BOS HAS AVERAGED 97.75 PTS
FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF...........199.25 PTS AGAINST EACH OTHER
SPREAD FOR TONIGHT IS SET AT 194 PROBABLY MODELED AFTER THE LAST 5...THATS A -5.25DIFF, MAKING THE OVER THE PLAY FOR ME.
*THE ONLY THING THAT SCARES ME IS THAT THE ORIGINAL TOTAL WAS SET AT 193.5, WHICH SEEMS LIKE A FULL PT UNDER WHAT THE LAST 5 WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU. WHICH MAKES ME WONDER IF VEGAS IS ENTICING U TO TAKE THE OVER??? WHATEVER, I STILL LIKE THE CHANCES OF THE OVER

did anyone see that 5dimes line movement. it was at cavs-9 now its back to 7 within hours, odd
It was never at 9. I've been keeping an eye on this line since last night and it's held steady at -7.5. Covers is now listing it at -7 at 5dimes, but it's still at -7.5.
