Eastern Ukraine Citizens voted to be Annexed by Russia the Russian Government voted to Annex those territories, Those Territories are now Russia, they fall under the Protection of the Russian Military, the Russian Military will use Nuclear weapons to defend those New Russian Territories. Russia is required by Russian Law to defend those territories with nuclear weapons if necessary. Stalin gifted those territories to Ukraine we don’t know why.
