While this certainly negates the idea that things are horrible and exposes the chicken little strategy by trump supporters as nothing more than hot air, I am wondering how in your opinon is Obama responsible for this success in America?
We have seen so much ridiculous and outlandish opinions of negative attribution manufactured, I guess I am a little weary of Obama being connected with events regardless of positive or negative.
Is it about interest rates?
Perhaps I can get house respsonsible home owners and those using real estate as a means of making money through invest or the industry are happy about this.
Perhaps the gloom and doom trump supporters represent those who are renting and do not have the money or have horrible credit and debt so they cannot own property and this only makes these trump supporters more upset wanting property prices and their rent to plummet to make America great again.
What do you think?

When home prices rise faster than real wages, that is not healthy. The delusional wackos at the Federal Reserve are creating another real estate bubble.
Making home ownership more difficult is detrimental in the long run. So is screwing savers and senior citizens with dangerously low interest rates.
I am a retired (mostly) senior citizen who would love to earn a decent, realistic rate of interest on 40+ years of savings. Historically low interest rates make that impossible, so I still have to work one day a week.

The Federal reserve can stop /slow home sales by aggressively hiking the Fed rate ...The Fed along with relaxed standards for mortgage loans fuels the housing bubble..................
It's been said: The Fed is the housing market.

Yeah Obama is not responsible for this, the same way he was not responsible for the drop in the housing market when he first came in.
The FED is why the housing market is active.
One thing that is different from 2007 vs now, at least down here the speculation is not rampant...back in 05-07 dummies were flipping houses, waiting for new home lotteries to try and profit off getting in early in a development, clueless people owned multiple houses using ARMs...
Regulation for sure has curbed things to an extent, I see a huge difference now vs then. I do think some markets are a bit more frothy than others, I do not consider the market I am in to be frothy in any shape or form.
Houses that were selling in the same community as I am in back then were over 200k more and those prices have not even come close to returning to that level..

Ok thanks for clarifying. I agree that the wrongful attribution of Obama to events both positive and negative happens far too often. I get now that you are actually making fun and pointing out this phenomenon of people blaming Obama for everything and anything that goes wrong.
But I think you have to consider the mindset, values and moral fiber of these types of people. It is always someone else's fault. The dependence on Obama, immigrants, minorities etc as scapegoats as a means of not avoiding personal responsibility and accountability is all they have. It is why this is grasped and held on to so tightly and why someone like trump that spouts this ideology appeals to this sentiment of the population that lacks the ability to take personal responsibility for their lives
